No doubt she's off being ridden by her furry friends.

Yeah she never answered that one.

Was there a Flood and did Noah have an ark with all the animals on or not?

So atheists have valid arguments against GOD?

You think that science disproves GOD and the Bible?

    So the Earth isn't a 6,000-year-old disc?

You don't believe in the global flood and Noah's Ark?

You think the moon is a big ball of rock instead of a lesser light?

    You believe in evolution?

Well, if there wasn't any then there wouldn't be any Atheists.

Where do you think all their theories come from?

I've been showing them to you since I first got here. Nothing has changed.

    You are no detective.

If our Octavia isn't little more than some foul atheist masquerading as a Christian to lead others astray and away from our Lord with her wiles I'll be very surprised
I hope you like surprises then.

For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. - James 2:10

This is why we do not rely on "interpretation" and "metaphors."

Such things pave the way to flouting GOD's laws, and if you break just one, you've broken them all.

What sort of vile creature would do such a thing!

Besides, there's nothing childish about fables.

Perhaps he wants us to make sure we actually read the Bible and think about it critically. Perhaps he doesn't want it to be an instruction manual.
Once again this is all based entirely on your own opinion. All of it. You just dreamed it up because it's how you feel. That means you're just making God up in your own image and if everyone is free to do that then there are billions of Gods in everyone's hearts so why have a God at all? Everyone is just following their conscience and may as well be secular. You may as well be a foul atheist!

This does not explain the Bible and why God felt the need to tell us all exactly how He felt to thwart false prophets such as you.

    Get thee hence, Satan!

If He is GOD, He ought to be able to make us able to understand without having to resort to childish things like fables.

Surely the most important book of all time, the book of GOD which can save your soul, out to speak forthrightly and clearly.

    Octavia, I have a question:

Why would GOD put things into metaphors for us? Why not just tell us what He really means?

No you can't. I believe every word of the Bible, just like every TRUE Christian(tm). Name one verse that I don't follow. I don't wear mixed fibers. I sold my daughter into marriage against her will. I don't associate with non-Christians except to proselytize. I follow the Bible to the letter. You, on the other hand, obey only those parts that you are comfortable with as a modern secular moralist. The rest you write off as a mysterious metaphor. And you can't even justify yourself to us. You should be ashamed of yourself, and terrified of your eternal fate.

Oh for crying out loud. Look here, silly girl.

You can't make your mind up about why you cherry pick. One minute it's because it's a complicated bit you and whoever your friends are don't understand. Then it's because it's not a straightforward story.

OK - the Flood. Did Noah build an ark and save all the creatures on it? Truth or metaphor. If so, why?
