It is a Baptist church which preaches that the entire Bible, from cover to cover, is the literal, inspired word of God?

Those are the first two questions you should be asking yourself about any church.

An oncologist spends a lot of time with people who are sick with cancer. Do you think that means he's endorsing cancer? Do you think that makes cancer any less of an illness that needs to be eradicated?

Once again you try to divert from the point. On such a simple matter you have had to backtrack like a prattling child from your assertions because you actually haven't got a clue what you are on about and are citing from half-remembered traditions rather than what it actually says in the Bible. What else are you very much mistaken about?

Go away, and read it, then come back and tell us what it actually says rather than what you think it says based on something you were told long ago by a respected elder whom you trusted.

Where? Chapter and verse. Which prostitute did Jesus live with?

You see there are a lot of urban myths about Jesus that have nothing to do with the Bible. One of them is that he lived with [a] prostitute[s] and something tells me you have swallowed it whole.
