    Wonderful to be here...

    Hello,

    I came across this website whilst looking around for honest and true Christian advice on a variety of topics. I live with my granddaughter and I look after her, my son and his wife passed away after a car accident many years ago and my wife is gone with age.

    As it has been a while since I raised my own son and I have never had to raise a girl before, I am hoping to use this site to help raise by granddaughter in a good and godly way. I also hope to use it to be sharpened and learn more about the grace of the Lord.

    We're so glad that you feel that it's wonderful to be here. What I'd like to know is how you figure that passes as an introduction.

    Please tell us about yourself, your church, and your walk with Jesus. What is your name? How many sons has your wife given you? What are some of your favorite verses?

      Sorry Pastor,

      My name is David, I go to the local baptist church to me and it is ok there, I now supplement the teaching there with this online. My bore me one son, who's daughter I now look after.

        Welcome, Grampa! You look pretty young to be a grandfather. I take it you got started making a family nice and early, just as the good Lord intended?

        How old is your granddaughter? You might be able to avoid a lot of trouble by just finding her a good husband.

          Grand daughters are good for wamng your feet and you bed.
          When you are in your Laz-E-Boy, have your grand daughter lay naked over your feet. It will greatly reduce any stiffness you have in your ankles.
          I also keep one or two in my bed to keep it warm. Those young girls are full of heat.

            Yes nice and early, she is 15 adn very active and happy too.

              Thank you for that wonderful advice, I will now use both these great ideas, it will also let her know her place a bit better so she doesn't start demanding attention all the time.

                Welcome! Your grand daughter is 15? There is a GREAT Christian singles section here, as its about time she starts making soldiers for Christ's army. Of course, you should list her important skill sets like cooking and cleaning. It sounds like she's had a good master thus far! Make sure you are descriptive, the more information you provide, the more you can sell her for.

                    Also, I can't quite decipher that last sentence. How can a MALE Child possible be a bore and in just what ways is he "looking after" his daughter?

                      I am sorry for that, it was unforgivable of me. I am a Baptist, with a capital and nothing less! My wife bore me a son, my son was not a bore, he was a good and God fearing man, and I look after my grandaighter now.

                      Sorry if I mislead anyone, that is the last of my intentions.
