It may be UK Canaan spelling but it appears to be God's way of spelling as recorded in the KJV?

    1 Samuel 21:13
And he changed his behaviour before them, and feigned himself mad in their hands, and scrabbled on the doors of the gate, and let his spittle fall down upon his beard.

    Genesis 37:3
Now Israel loved Joseph more than all his children, because he was the son of his old age: and he made him a coat of many colours.

    2 Samuel 8:5
And when the Syrians of Damascus came to succour Hadadezer king of Zobah, David slew of the Syrians two and twenty thousand men.

    2 Kings 13:5
(And the LORD gave Israel a saviour, so that they went out from under the hand of the Syrians: and the children of Israel dwelt in their tents, as beforetime.
    Genesis 7:5
And Noah did according unto all that the LORD commanded him.

    John 8:32
And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Wow, I'm confused. I'm Canmerican, I want to use the one and only American language, but it's actually conflicting with my heart, I mean my KJV?

        Brother Herbert, really?

No Christian needs any guidance but the KJV 1611.

Matthew 5:18 - Till heauen and earth passe, one iote or one title, shall in no wise passe from the law, till all be fulfilled

Clearly when one quotes scripture, one must use God's Favourite Spelling.

But in day to day speech, one needs clarity:

Corinthians 14:9 - So likewise ye, except ye utter by the tongue words easy to be understood, how shall it be known what is spoken? for ye shall speak into the air.

Now, as the True Christian Scientist Ezekiel Bathfire has shown, American is the standard language and all other languages perversions of it. So to speak clearly clearly you speak American.

And writing on the forum? Well, as Sister Roberta says, the 'u' is unAmerican. You should knock it off.

How did I not put those passages together on my own? If I didn't trust your Christian Heart sister, I would say you were a transvestite child raper male, because you are almost man smart. I feel your heart is pure however and his words are glorious. Thank you for the guidance, may you never go barren and become unwanted.

Be certain not to transpose your zees and esses. It's almost as bad as using words like croissant, petrol and macaroni. Oh, and guy is not pronounced like a pair kung pao pajamas.

Brassiere is okay because there is no American word for it. I refuse to wear one on general principles.
