Friend, God is the one who decides what happens.
We only do as He says. If God wants a person to be a forum member, He will make it so. No mere True Christian™ or Pastor has the right to make those sort of choices on our own. Perhaps a little less complaining and whining and a little more praying is what is called for.
I do know God does not care for snivelers.

Patience, young man. The mud-packing in your past is a very real concern and not all queers are successful in permanently leaving the gayness behind them.
