Well you've come to the right place.

If you will but keep an open mind, we would like to imprint our beliefs upon you, as the Bible tells us to.

I admit "hidden agenda" might have been poor choice in words... I guess I just don't understand why there are so many different versions of christians with all the different denominations. Why isn't there one version of the bible and one united denomination? What makes one right and one wrong?

You're not saying that you're right and I'm wrong, yet you are disagreeing with me. Do you know what agreement is?

If you don't believe in God, you don't believe in God. If you are uncertain, and you know you don't know, then you don't believe.

Believing is thinking you know something. Agreeing is having the same opinion.

Master the basics before trying to hold a conversation.

You say you don't claim to know anything, yet you claim to believe in a higher power, and then you say you haven't been convinced otherwise.

    Otherwise of what?

Do you see the contradiction here?

But I thought you said you believe in a higher power? That's what that 'book', as you call it, tells you about.

Do you believe there's a higher power who let's there be a fake book of what He wants from us around, so you can believe in whatever you want? Are you making up your own higher power? One who will be what you want Him to be, rather than what He is?

Sorry, but we're not going to just take your word for it. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence, after all.

I see, so you dismiss the only reasonable evidence we have for GOD, yet you don't think it odd or insane to say "I think there is a higher power because I was brainwashed to think there is a higher power."
