I hear you brothers, I will have to pray on this. I usually never ever work Sundays or Saturdays but lately work has been a pretty heavy load. I'm an auto mechanic for GM, so there's a lot to have to get through.

Sometimes there's no choice, either I go or lose my job. If I lose my job due to missing work, I do not get paid and finding another job would be difficult based on my firing.

Everyone has a job to do and that is what God wants. If a person fails at doing that, God can smote them with a lightening bolt in a split second (I have seen it many a time). So I work only when I have done everything I can for Him. As I travel about the magnificent US of A, transporting religious items to the needy (Rev. Osborne, I have your order from Singapore, yes, I have been putting in food and water, it will be at your estate Wed.) I spread the love of God to every shallow, empty soul I meet. Sometimes, it is just a few fellow truckers in the back of a cab over laying of hands and fervent prayers.

Other times it has been a virtual Jamboree of people, praying to Jesus with a giant bonfire.

But just like with Jello, there is always room for Jesus

If I had a holy balance in front of me and on one side I put "Lost my Job" and on the other side I put "Lost my salvation" ... I would get my life into gear and find a new job. Being a rentboy is one thing, but at least take a full day to recognize the Lords greatness. If your pimp doesn't understand then it's their loss.

Also, think about a retraining program, homosexuality can be cured, I wouldn't have you over for dinner or shake your hand, but at least you can feel better about yourself.

Welcome, Victorious_One! Glad to have you here. I'm not sure how you can be missing church for work, though. God told us to keep his Sabbath holy, so why are you working on a day on which you should be praying?

God's justice in punishing Pharaoh for fornicating with Abram's wife when he pretended she was his sister so as to trick the Pharaoh into not killing Abram to seize her by force as was right and proper... It's a wonder and a joy!

Genesis shows us His love for us, He created ALL things with perfection. He decided to create not only the Heavens and earth in all it's beauty but LIFE! He created us to rule over all His creation, to help see it good! His love for us even when we sinned, He punished us and that is LOVE. Without punishment there is no love, no learning from your Creator. Genesis is filled with countless things He's done to show us His love.

I too am a big fan of Genesis. I love the way the solid firmament keeping out the waters above debunks space travel so I can stop thinking about it. In what ways does the reality of how God made the world help you find peace?

Hello! My name is Victorious_One, because I am one who is victorious in Christ! I have overcome many sinful obstacles in my life and have been redeemed, I am fairly still new to God though. I was saved last year, currently attend a church called Harvest in Riverside, CA. Lately I've been missing due to work. Currently there is no fav verse but my fav book right now is Genesis, reason being is because I can't believe God has loved us so much that He created us! Amazing!

Hope I can fit in, I've been looking around and it seems okay.
