Melbourne is a city. It doesn't have a shire council, it has a city council.

As for your suggestion that priests or The Christian Brothers serve God - how odd! They start disregarding God's Word right there on page 1:

Please point out where in the Bible it says to do that.

The only Joseph Kennedy I know of made his money bootlegging and produced some of America's most corrupt politicians. Hope you do better than your namesake.

Quote scripture to back up your points, please. Because at the moment you're saying stuff that just ain't so with authority and it's making you look a tad silly.
John 7:24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

Leviticus 19:15 Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honour the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour.

I think you are talking about this. Why would a True Christian(TM) judge unrighteously?

My name is Joseph Kennedy. I serve in the Greater shire of Melbourne Christian Church, which, I might add, is among many other churches. Though some are of different variations of Christianity, they still worship the same god.

Saying I have no read the bible...oh dear oh dear...
Words cannot express how I am feeling right now. Very angry would be an understatement.

I, not kindly, request that you read over what you said and then imagine someone saying it to you.
A simple, "I have read the Bible, actually, and this is my favourite verse because..." would have sufficed.

I'd say that's probably an over-estimation. There is a "Christian" bikie gang called God's Squad though.

Let god, the higher one, judge others.

Why, if I'm not correct, if you start to judge, that sounds a lot like you reckon you're better than them.

And if you're better, does that mean you're better than god?
When you begin a ladder, whether it is just stealing candy from a store, and insulting a homosexual, it slowly escalates.

What was once a small act of sin, slowly becomes stealing bibles from church, or so much as raping a homosexual!

If you begin to judge then you may very well end up on the road to thinking you are better than god!

Chew on those words for a while. Let it sink in. You are a true Christian, I can under-stand that, but if you really wish to understand the world, you need to first be what makes the wrong in the world. For me, it was some serious stuff.
I wonder what your ordeals where? Please, enlighten me. I am honestly curious.
Ah, so you haven't actually READ the Bible. Don't worry...most people who show up here haven't bothered to do so, either. They think the songs that children sing tell the whole story.

A lot of people think God told us to never judge, but that simply is not true. He told us to judge, but He laid out some simple rules. Here is one:

(John 7:24) "Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment."

Don't judge people solely how they look!

    Here's another one:

(Matthew 7:1-2) "Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again."

When you judge, you will be held to the same standards!

So yes, of COURSE we can judge others, but there are restrictions (the above two are not all of the conditions set forth lovingly by God). If you would simply read the Bible cover-to-cover you would discover this and many other things that "preachers" have withheld from you.

    Get cracking!

    Zech

    Introduction

Hello there. My name is Brother Kennedy.
I serve in the Melbourne Church. Christianity is our way, see.

We feed the poor, take care of battered and beaten women.
As Jesus, my lord, did so with Mary.

I wish only to serve, and when I found this sight, I feel like I should spread my knowledge of god.

I met him once, despite him being forever in my heart and soul. He came to me in the form of an aged, african man, and told me many truths.

I was only young at the time, a raging biker filled with drugs, prostituting myself out and even at one point, being in Hell's Angels, I committed murder and rape on a sister. However, when I had my revelation with this black man, I realised who I really was, threw away the keys to my bike, and began my life as god's disciple.

My favourite verse is the ENTIRE bible. To pick a favourite one would be an insult to god.
Working...
