Actually giants were killed by God in the flood.

Genesis 6:3-7 And the Lord said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years. You're obviously confused over tenses in English. God (in the Bible) promised that the wicked will perish sometime in the future, so of course it hasn't happened yet.
