    Re: My Intro

What's a homer? Anyway, the following is my long intro. (Flashback of the past) Though I did attend regularly, sermons at church were generally going in one ear, and out through the other; I would only be Christian one day of the week. I just didn't have Him in my heart yet. I would go through day after day, constantly convincing myself that I was a true Christian, but not knowing the source for all the doubt: sin. Now I won't go in to all the crap I've done in my early adolescent years, but basically, I was lukewarm, and all I did to mask the fact was to just keep playing the religion game by going to church on Sundays. Lukewarms are spit out by the Lord; I know that now. In retrospect, I've come to realize that God never let up on me. I apologized and asked for forgiveness numerous times, only to sin again the following day. I lacked discipline, and it only got worse as my life went by. But I also noticed that for everyth

And the answer to my fourth question? Just checking you know, God tells us to be intolerant of homers so we need to know before we talk to you.

    Leviticus 20:13
If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

That's great, champ! You'll be graduating soon.

I had done it at least 22 times by my 17th birthday.

I know, I was a late bloomer compared to some of my classmates.

How about you? How many times have you read your Bible from cover to cover?

    Why howdy, Neil.

Sure, you can be something other than unsaved trash. It's a pleasure to meet you. I hope we can be golfing buddies some time in the future.

John 3:16 huh? It's a great choice for a verse. I prefer John 3:18, since it brings in the predestination truth of God's Holy Word.

I take it you have read Pastor Billy-Reuben's syllabus for new posters?

If you have any questions please feel free to ask them or possibly use the search function first.

    Welcome
You've got a way to go yet, we don't know much about you.

How old are you? Are you married? How many children do you have being brought up as Jesus' Stormtroopers? Or are you a homer?

    All the best

    My Intro

Hello to all. Neil Estuye here. I attend at a rull Gospel church in North Vancouver, Canada called New Life Alliance Church (NLAC). Both my parents are christian, so I was kind of born into Christianity. Up until I was 16, I was kind of just playing the religion game by going to church each Sunday, but not really understanding what it meant and took to be a real Christian. Fortunately, I've stop going back to my old ways and accepted Him once and for all in my life though prayer. Christians should stay away from that highlighter and read the whole book but since you're asking I guess my favorite verse would be John 3:16. Can I not be unsaved trash now?
