  • Hello - I am Baguette

I came across this place and decided to join, seeing as I have the same viewpoints on many of the topics discussed here. Don't worry, I asked my husband for permission first

Anyways, I was raised catholic growing up. It is not until recently that I discovered how Satanic that religion is! Thankfully, my husband guided me into learning the truth of Jesus Christ, our savior. Every day, I face persecution from the hell-bound atheists with no moral compass. I'm sure that the majority of you here have, unfortunately, experienced this. I hope that you all here are fighting for our rights as Christians and will not give up, no matter how much the liberal, empty headed crazies try to push us down.

As for my favorite bible verse, I have many, but this really speaks to me:
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.

Well, I hope that I'll get to know some of you well because you all seem quite lovely!

    Dear friend:

I welcome you in Christ's abundant love. That's a lovely Bible passage you've picked.
This church is dedicated to preaching True Christianity™ and the King James Bible exactly as they are, with no alterations to make them more politically correct for modern liberals. If you think that we've misquoted or twisted Scripture or quoted any verse out of context, please explain in detail how we've done so. Otherwise, if what you read on this site offends you, then you're offended by Almighty God and His Word, not by us.

Tell me Paige, what is your pie like?
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

        Hello Paige!

I love Galatians, and the verses you selected are exceedingly beautiful. But you should really be reading them in the KJV. Check this out:

(Galatians 5:22-23) "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law."

See the difference? Even a subtle change of God's Word is a no-no.

(Revelation 22:18-19) "For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book."

        Yours in Christ,

        Z. Smyth

Hi thank you for this. I will definitely use the KJV when I want to quote the bible for now on. I appreciate your helpfulness.
