I have recently made a new account on this website and what I have found absolutely appalled me. The views of which I read on almost every topic I could find were contrasting to my own, which were taken as completely true. From topics on masturbation, to disproving scientists, to selling one's daughter, and even "hating" on minorities (which is ironic, seeing as how there are more minorities than "whites" in the US). I've spent weeks reading through these posts and threads and I had a sudden revelation. One huge thing that was missing here was love. The love that our Savior gave to us to use and give, because that is one of our sacred duties that Jesus gave to us. In Mark 16:15 we are told to "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation." (And in every Bible it will have something of that degree, 'to go and preach the love and word of God'), but I have yet to see any love here. I must be missing something, because surely, if anybody replies, they will say that I just don't believe or that I am sinful, perhaps even saying that I am blind. Must I close my eyes to everything to see it? And be shut away and not glimpse upon His face? I would hope not. I am sure so many of you are firm in this faith that you have made (or you may argue it is exactly from God), I know that it can't be what was promised to us. I say this because here I see no just God. Here lacks an indiscriminate God. It is here that THE loving God, the only truly wonderful, perfect, etc., is absent. I simply urge some of you, any of you, even just ONE of you to just re-read what is written here, (and not only this post, but the forum itself), and to pray. To see if this is what you actually and truly believe in, that these ideas are what God truly believes is best, and if you find that it's not so, then God bless you.
By the by, if anybody replies saying that I am trash, a sinner, anything that is in that category, then I will not bother trying to enlighten such a closed mind. This is my first, last, and only post. I do not think this was not meant to "troll" or "flame" or anything of the sort, and if you interpret it as such, it is only because I have no idea what those words mean. I do hope that God will bless you and that you will see truth. Because when it comes to it, we were made to love, not only God, but each other. That includes everybody.
