    This is all wrong.

    Okay, so being raised as a Southern Baptist my entire life, I thought I had found a place of like minded people here. No, I was mistaken. What I found was a refuge for a few hatefully minded people to spew their bigotry with others who feel the same way. Nowhere does God the Father advocate any of these twisted leanings you guys profess he does. You cannot show me one bible verse that says the Republican party is the answer. There is not one bible verse that allows you beat anybody, for anything. You beat your wife? You are a coward. You beat homosexuals? You are a coward and probably a closet homosexual yourself.

    You people are truly disgusting, not to mention giving REAL Christians a bad name. I minister to a youth organization in North Carolina and I will be showing them this website to warn them of the false teachings of Satan under the guise of the word of God.

    Only Satan could be behind this masterfully orchestrated effrontery to real Christianity.

        Please elucidate any point where I said anything about disciplining children? No, no such thing existed. This is just like the brand of hate I expected. Spin control and berating. Not one iota of respect for a dissenting opinion.

        And women aren't allowed to speak in church!? Dear Father in Heaven, since when?

        Homosexuals need salvation too, you know. How can they receive it if they are barred from the halls of God?

          Lady, the apostates in the SBC are all hellbound. Don't come in here judging us. We follow the ENTIRE Holy Bible, not just parts of it.

                  Please point out where that verse says to offer them the chance at salvation?

                            Deuteronomy 25:2-3 And it shall be, if the wicked man be worthy to be beaten, that the judge shall cause him to lie down, and to be beaten before his face, according to his fault, by a certain number.
