I'm not too certain if I'll fit in here, despite sharing may views and perspectives.
I'm considered a hardliner by most, and have NO use for gays, muslims, political correctness, or women's rights/liberalism.
I read the bible, but unlike many I cannot quote passages at the drop of a hat, I have a lot of other things going on in my life and such requires the sacrifice of my time towards others for their benefit.
I have an 'unusual' home life, but it's what was sent my way by God, thus I deal with it the best way I can.

I'm looking forward to getting to know some like-minded folks here that seem to understand as I do that the world is on a damn slippery slope these days, and about to slide completely over the edge of the cliff into Godless anarchy of the worst kind facilitated by this political correctness that's been spreading like a plague since the early 90's.

Favorite Bible verse...narrowed down, the very first ones, the Creation of it all.
Why? Because the mental images I get, of a quiet world, fallow, and faint ripples across still waters as God's breath moves across it.
The power and the beneficience of Creation...always keep coming back to that.

Church. That's a laugh...what passes for 'churches' these days up here I'll have NO part of. They demand too many compromises of my Faith and openly deny many crucial elements of Scripture.

I never 'found' Jesus, I never left his side from when I was Baptized. My parents were 'kinda' religious, but as I grew older I found what I wanted and needed in The Book for myself.

There's NO way short of God's Commanding it that will motivate me to use a picture of myself online with all the new government nazi-nanny-state fascism and police-state mentality.
The US DHS actually has free-reign in Canada, and considering how they're all tied in with the Liberal agenda and such...I'm not keen on spotlighting myself for them in case i say something that offends their masters.

Case in point, my Household.
I married one woman, and next thing I know her two citybitch friends are meowing at the damn door.
I took them in, explained the way things work here, and they looked shocked (as you can imagine any cityslut would be) but as they had NOplace else to go it was either under my roof, and my rules--or freezing on the streets in Edmonton.
Trust me folks, there's a city that needs and deserves to be nuked, 2 or 3 times to be sure of eliminating it's stain on the earth.
Whatever the case, God steered them to my door, so they're my responsibility and burden.
A test? Likely so. That's fine, I don't ask for nor expect an easy life unlike the softbellies in the city. They're truly pathetic, any city that hass 'Cops' that can be taken down and scared so easily...that city's a damn joke, and reminder of where going off-Path leads.
Weakness. Dependency. Stupidity. Sloth. Etc..

Pastor Ezekiel, Hi again, I don't want to shed any doubts on this newbie's veracity or sincerity (heck, I am still a newbie, and rightly under Investigation). Well, I can't deny that the word warlock is on the tip of my tongue, and here's why: . . . I don't understand why he's able to craft a newbie post with paragraphs and smilies, when I was not, just the other day. And now I seem to have had these privileges revoked completely. I don't really care to change fonts, color, or add pictures, if it's not in Christ's designs for me, yet one part of the formatting I miss -- nay, that I find essential to the general functionality of the forum -- is the ability to make paragraphs. Nothing is more Hellish than a Wall of Text; nobody wants that. Thank you for considering this lament. And I apologize for my uncharacteristic crybaby qualities this evening. Alas, a family of Hmong mongoloids has moved into my neighborhood today, and I've been cranky all day about it.

I did read the new members posting guidelines, and have them bookmarked for reference incase I close the tab I have them open in.
I'll give respect freely, as always and was raised to do, but expect the same in kind as we are all Christians of the same faith and stand against the same enemies trying to steal and destroy our Blessed way of life.
I dunno what you call a True Christian, but from what I've read here thus far from your most esteemed senior members, I am cut from the same cloth as they.
I turned from my Parents and their slackish ways at 16, and since then have guided myself solely by The Book--all of it, Old and New Testaments, cover-to-cover.
I'm not some punk kid who hasn't a clue what's happening in the world, and came here because the Like-Minded spirits and words called to me.
But, I will apologize beforehand if I come across as something of a Hard-Liner. No offense is meant, it's just my way from the way I've lived my life under God's direction and course-plotting of it.

And please give me and folks like me som credit in holding the line against the lying, thieving, psychotically-murderous, turban-wearing carpet-kneelers?? I usually use the 'Quote' button, and that brings up the whole thing. Also, you might want to check your personal setting on your profile pages...there's one there with, towards the bottom, a selection of message-edittor functions and I made sure mine was set to WYSIWYG.
Dunno if it'll help, but it's a place to start.

Check your addons. There is something creating a problem. My guess would be that you have not allowed NoScript for Landoverbaptist.net.

I would have to see you logged on to see what browser you are using. Safari sometimes has trouble displaying correctly.

You literally have to type in <br> if you want a line break if your settings are wrong or you have lock down security enabled.

I stupidly neglected to notice that No Script was only on Temporary Permissions the other day here.

Hmmm...never thought about it much, nobody's ever noticed it before.
It's just a gold ring, so far as I can see. I'm using some cuts from Last Action Hero for my avatar and profile pic as considering the crap going on with gov't agencies these days...anyone with an once of sense is gonna make it tough for them to lock-in if they find something their masters disagree with.
And I KNOW my views are not PC.
I also have my internet routed through a false address in Emonton by a friend who works for the cable company, for extra insurance.
I went with the pics I did as I disliked the movie, I did like Charles Dance as Benedict and I'd very much like to own a gun like his someday, if I can ever get good fortune on finding one to buy and customize that's worth buying--so far, all have been 'shot loose'.
