Hello, my name is Elle
I grew up with very little Godly structure and have recently married into a southern Baptist family. I am now going to church 2 to 3 days a week. My husband said he's going to instil discipline into my life. I'm not exactly sure what he means by this but I do know discipline means rules and consequences (overall structure) which I've never really had so I'm also looking for advice on how to be a good Christian wife. Also maybe what to expect.
Currently my new bible study is over revelations.

What kind of husband is this, all talk and no action? You are already married and he has not started to instil discipline into your life? It sounds to me like your parents made a mistake when they chose a husband for you and you have been hitched with a procrastinator.

I suggest that you discuss this with your father in law or your pastor and they can them help to put your husband onto the right track, perhaps by demonstrating how best to discipline you. They day will come when you thank them for it.
