Censura the atheist, as long as you are visiting our blessed forum, I'll let you in on a secret that all Baptists know, but you probably haven't heard of. You are probably aware of the saying they give a misfit loser "he's as much fun as a turd in a punchbowl". Well, a common saying among real Christians is "he's as much fun as an atheist in a Baptist ice cream social punchbowl". Now take your God hating science stuff out of here and quit trying to recruit our children into demonic lies, homosexuality and recycling.

But reading and understanding things are two completely different things, so if there was something I was curious about such as;

The devil was banished from heaven (when he was an angel) and hell was created just for him. But why would he torture us for all of eternity when we were doing what he wanted (this is an example, such as murderers etc) and what they do would make him happy?

He is no longer under the control of god, so why would he torture the people that do things to appease him? It's the same as following Jesus, and then when you go to heaven he starts to beat you because you did what he wanted. It just doesn't make sense.

Where are you getting all this information from about what the devil is? Why do you know what he would or would not do? Are you in communication with dark powers?

Wrong. According to the Bible, Satan will end up burning in the very same lake of fire as all of the sinners (and you) that he deceives into not following God.

You are not "in Christ Jesus"; therefore you are not one with us.

The Bible tells us not to extend fellowship to you.

In humbleness and humility I point this reference out --1 Corinthians 5:9-14. I'm directing this comment to you Censura, with all due respect. As Christians they (LandoverBaptist) are extending an opportunity to you for learning and understanding the word of God. We are not of the world, but we or at least I do not condemn you myself for acting as the world.

You bring the point of free thinking home which others have used to point out to you a flawed logic. Remember, Free thinking, choice, or will was first established in the angelic realm. Satan lead a rebellion where a limited number of angels followed suit. A theory untested is not reality and we find in the book of Genesis Adam and Eve opposing God's will with their own thinking, choice or will. The moment we exercise our own will God opposes us. This is interesting, however, as free thinking is not necessarily an attribute given to man as a gift as we were created in the image of God. God Himself does not think, by an examination of Scripture. God only wills and His will is most Good. For God to have thought or think or choose from one thing to another, good or evil as an example would reveal a qualitative state of change of mind. God is the same yesterday, today, as will be tomorrow.

Anyhoot, the devil isn't looking for partnership. The devil does not have equal power in opposition to God. The devil opposes the Holy nature of God perverting the truth in Scripture. The devil and His followers will be eternally separated from God. All that is good, love, light or the long list of attributes that are of God, will no longer exists in hell. One who follows or rejects God will be utterly unhappy in heaven, so God gives to you or others who reject Him what they want by their own admission. Why would you want to go to heaven where the kingdom consists of only people who most graciously accept His lordship and only wish to serve Him? You will be given what you want -- total separation from Him, and there will be no love or light or other attributes such as Justice that are of God. There will only be the utter burning of your own conscious like a flame that torments forever the rejection of our Creator God. You will be left in utter darkness and Strife.

Ok that's my rant, and I hadn't even used Scripture, and that may of been a disservice to you.

The Scripture you are cherry-picking and using completely out of context does NOT refer to "everyone being equal." The only people who are equal are those who have been Saved(c) through Christ's Holy Blood. God does not consider atheists, witches, queers, liars, fornicators or non-Christians to be "equal" to True Christians(tm) in any way.

God already knew before the foundation of the earth who would be saved and who wouldn't. It stands to reason that He created hell for all the damned, man and demon alike.

Because Satan is evil. He is unjust.

Actually this site keeps saying I am a god-hating person, I personally don't hate god. But after reading the entire bible, I just find it hard to believe that God is the good person, or even caring about us. Such is why I joined this site so I could talk to people.

Hey all I am just a curious God-hating atheist who stumbled across your webpage while reading more about the bible, and thought I would join this site so I can talk to more real people about god and everything he stands for, but it seems that I am unable to speak in any other forum due to my rank (I love how you treat new people as scum, and yourselves as god-like, such domination against others, I love it!)

Also why is it that I can not argue points with others? Is this just another "Hey, I'm a Christian and so are you, let's just agree on things without thinking and say we are amazing" sites? If it is, could someone help me find another site that allows free thinking and questions (which god gave us to live our lives) so I may get more information.

I would suggest reading the Bible and the stickies on this website to get a good idea about what God stands for. Though for starters, he'll send atheists like yourself to Hell.
