Friend, I gave you oodles of examples of God killing people. Do you want me to now make a list of people God ordered His followers to kill?

Think about the Ark. Two people were allowed to go on it. What about all the rest of the people in the world? God drowned them all, very, very slowly.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

I am no longer a child and friend you are stuck in the Old Testament Jesus came down not just to die for us, but also to make a new covenant which is why there is a New Testament. Get with the program James the rules of the old no longer apply. Love the sinner as Jesus did but hate the sin
Luke 14:26 If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.

That's quite an oversimplification, dear friend.

Matt. 5:17-18: Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

          Have heaven and earth passed?

"Love the sinner but hate the sin" is a common liberal cliché, but it is not in the Bible. Instead, we read in Romans, which is in the New Testament:

Romans 9:13: As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.

          Note: "Esau," not "Esau's sins."

                I see.

So you mean to tell us you know you can ignore the parts of the Bible that you chose to? Tell me child, how did you learn this? Was it told to you by your priest in the cover of his robes?

Dear, Jesus came for those He chose to Save (Acts 13:48; Romans 8:29-31; Romans 9:21;Ephesians 1:4-5; John 6:44). And I even limited this to the New Testament, just for you.

                    Everyone else?

Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

Nope. Please rely on Scripture more and on human reasoning less.

                          Re: Hello!

Damien, I am still waiting for your explanation about how man and pick and choose the parts of the Bible we must follow and what parts we can ignore (God was 'just kidding').
See friend, I follow all of the Bible. I do not feel any mortal man can possibly know better than God. Further, Being God is always there and has unlimited ability, I am sure He would of had notes (or simply had removed) the parts He did not want us to follow. He has not done so (unless I am missing something, so please, open my eyes to your exquisite vision of Truth(r)).
I am sure He will be very upset if you are fibbing. You are not simply making this all up, are you?

What are you saying, please speak American Damien.

Common sense about God? What do you mean. Are you trying to say that God lies to us and that half of the Bible should be ignored? Tell me, how did you learn this? How can I possibly guess what God wants if I want to go to Heaven? Tell me Damien, how do you know?

See James that's your problem your strictly on the bible, which is fine that's a very good thing but you have to get to know god personally through prayer seek him the way he seeks you.
Real Christianity is not religion it's a lifestyle. Real Christians have a relationship with god as a father would with his children it's the same thing.
