Obviously not. Unlike you we expect rapists to take full responsibility for damaging the honour of the raped girl's father. Who else is going to marry damaged goods? God's guidance in this matter is clear. I mean can you imagine how grumpy that wife is going to be? Forever?

And if they rape another man's wife or betrothed virgin then the death penalty for him is the only option. Please become better read.

Well, the rapist should get heavely charged. I mean, the girl has gotten mental scars of the rape.

You know, in atheism, we believe we only have one life and no after life... If the rapist is sent to spend a good amount of time in prison, what do you get?

So much for this so-called "higher moral road" for the atheist. You'd think someone who believes they are better than True Christians™ would at least try to rehabilitate the criminal, fund research to discover what variables are most likely to cause criminal behavior, prevent such behavior from happening, thus preserving what you think is dignity simply because a person exists.

However, we know the real purpose of incarceration is to keep society safe by inspiring a strong economy, and provide a captive audience to hear the Good News that Jesus Christ will love them enough to spare them an eternity in Hell if they but kneel before Him and accept Him as their LORD and Savior!
