Only Jesus can save you, dear.

Just read the Holy Bible, and believe every word!

Start with Genesis, read in order. Don't skip anything! Ask when you have a question, share what Jesus lays on your heart!
Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

      Re: hello

Only Jesus can save you. If you're serious about finding salvation, you need to read the Bible cover-to-cover and obey every word. But why do you call yourself an islamic? I thought you guys called yourselves muslims. Tell us what's making you have second thoughts about islam. Is it because of all the contradictions in the koran?
sigpicMt 21:42, 44 Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes . . . ? And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.

I had islam forced upon me.
but i cannot follow the teachings of a prophet that had a 10 year old wife.
        I find that disgusting.
        I also abhor terrorism.
I have read the bible but not 'your' version.
        Is it different?

King James Bible is the only true Bible, dear. The other versions aren't correct, if you want to be in heaven then you must stop reading your version of the Bible and start reading the King James Bible.

              Re: hello

It's always sad when children have a false religion forced on them. But it just goes to show how weak islam is if you can turn away from it when you get older. The Bible tells us if we raise our children the right way, they will never turn from it (Prov 22:6). The 1611 King James Bible is the only reliable version. All other versions are based on corrupted texts and have bits missing and have been translated to suit a liberal agenda. I'm glad you abhor terrorism. Any religion that promotes killing in the name of an imaginary god is evil. The taking of life can only be justified if the real God -- ours -- permits it.

There are three forms of God: his heavenly form (God), his earthly form (Jesus) and The Holy Spirit.
Jesus and God are the same, execpt Jesus is God's earthly form, Jesus is saying that his heavenly form is greater than his earthly form.

Leviticus 20:21 is talking about having an affair with your sister-in-law while your brother is still alive. Deuteronomy 25:5 says a man must marry his brother's wife if his brother dies childless. Try again.

By saying the Bible also has contradictions, you're admitting there are contradictions in the koran. So you can't really be a true muslim.

The doctrine of the Trinity is something that our tiny human minds cannot comprehend. But we do know that the Father is God, Jesus is God (and man) and the Holy Spirit is God. This has to be taken on faith, because the Bible says it (1 Jn 5:7). God hasn't told us much in the Bible about how the Trinity works, so there are a lot of questions we can't answer. We'll just have to wait till we're in heaven to find out.

For someone raised a muslim you seem to know the Bible really well. In Matthew 11, Jesus is addressing those who are burdened by sin. If they come to Him, they will be relieved of their burden. If you think persecution and tribulation are too much to bear, then you have never had a proper awareness of your own sin and condemnation. The Christian realizes that trials are temporary; they have no substance. Sin, however, is real and damnation eternal.

Rom 8:18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

Have you got any more so-called contradictions?
