I am a college student (at Duke incase you didn't catch on from the user name, haha). I am also an atheist who was raised christian. I like to have open conversations with theists about our difference in positions. I am not a fan of arguments or prejudice. I'd ask you not to judge me before you know me.

Why not? God has already judged you (see John 12:48). There is just what will seem like a short wait until you actually begin serving your sentence in Hell.

You should be going to a Christian school. Evidently your "Duke University" hasn't taught you how to read and follow directions. At the very top of the forum it says

Here is where you introduce yourself. Tell us what church you go to and what your favorite Bible verse is and how you came to find Jesus.

Also, if you would have read other introductions, you might have had some good ideas of what to do and what not to do.

You tell us not to "judge" you, yet you come to a Christian board as an atheist. Better get some more education.

We already know enough about you, you abandoned Jesus!

And judging you for that is a no-brainer, Revelation 21:8 tells us you will burn in Hell!

The interesting part is WHY did you abandon Jesus. What did the man who suffered and died for you do wrong? Honestly answering that question will be your first step in the long road towards salvation.

If you were brought up to be a liberal false Christian, here is the golden opportunity to become a Christian for real (unless, of course, you have blasphemed against the Holy Ghost, Matthew 12:31).

How can you go to a so-called college with a devil as its mascot? And why do you think it's a laughing matter? You should get yourself to a real university, such as Landover Baptist University or Pat Robertson University if you want a real education.

We don't want to know you. The Bible tells Christians not to spend time with sinners.

So, why are you an atheist? Is it because you hate God, because you want an excuse to sin, or both?
