Genesis 25:29 And Jacob sod pottage: and Esau came from the field, and he was faint: KJV

God did not bless Esau despite his efforts God preferred soup:
    GENESIS 25
    27
And the boys grew: and Esau was a cunning hunter, a man of the field; and Jacob was a plain man, dwelling in tents.
28 And Isaac loved Esau, because he did eat of his venison: but Rebekah loved Jacob.
29 And Jacob sod pottage: and Esau came from the field, and he was faint:
30 And Esau said to Jacob, Feed me, I pray thee, with that same red pottage; for I am faint: therefore was his name called Edom.
31 And Jacob said, Sell me this day thy birthright.
32 And Esau said, Behold, I am at the point to die: and what profit shall this birthright do to me?
33 And Jacob said, Swear to me this day; and he sware unto him: and he sold his birthright unto Jacob.
34 Then Jacob gave Esau bread and pottage of lentiles; and he did eat and drink, and rose up, and went his way: thus Esau despised his birthright.
    KJV

The best lentils are Australian, from soil uncursed by pastoralism. The beef of wombat depends on his root, then leaves, drink potage? Drinks something I only drink Christ.

    Wombat Casserole

    1.5 kg Wombat meat
    1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. baby carrots
    6 potatoes, quartered
    1 small pkg. lentils
    1 can tomato juice
    Sliced celery

Place all ingredients in casserole dish and cover with foil. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 12 hours. Eat hearty.

Praise Jesus! We can't see them, but by faith we know the angels are rejoicing in heaven right now.

Lk 15:10 Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.

I don't know where you're up to with your reading, but have you read enough yet to be convinced that Jesus temporarily died for your sins 2,000 years before you even committed them?

Anyway, welcome to the forum. It's good to have another Aussie on here.

    Hi Mary

I administered some corrective discipline in a calm and controlled manner, confiscated her credit cards, cash and car keys and fired the housekeeper so Barbara has less time on her hands and more work to do.

She did cry out to God a couple of times during the correction so I have hope I can bring her to Lord Jesus. After all she was the vessel Lord Jesus used to lead me to these forums and through them to His Love.

Ephesians 5:22 Wiues, submit your selues vnto your own husbands, as vnto the Lord.

Ephesians 5:23 For the husband is the head of the wife, euen as Christ is the head of the Church: and he is the sauiour of the body.

Ephesians 5:24 Therefore as the Church is subiect vnto Christ, so let the wiues bee to their owne husbands in euery thing.

Are there a lot of wild fowls in your area? I am having trouble with wombats.
    Good morning Sister MitzaLizalor

Both wild fowl and galahs can be a problem for gardeners around here. Wombats can be pesky can't they?
