While it is useful to 'place oneself self' in the shoes of the Heathen as part of a participant observation ethnographical exploration of the secularist culture, when dealing with the reality of the Bible one must always refer to the Bible for the philosophical underpinnings of one's means of learning about the Bible.

As we can see: science done right fits the Bible in every way when the epistemological approach used is Biblical Grounded Theory.

Matthew 6:25 "Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?"

That's the way. If you lack faith, reading the Bible is the cure.

Rom 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Read your Bible with urgency and pray without ceasing. You don't know when God may require your soul from you (Lk 12:20).

I don't know where you're up to with your reading, but have you read enough yet to be convinced that Jesus temporarily died for your sins 2,000 years before you even committed them?

Anyway, welcome to the forum. It's good to have another Aussie on here.

Thank you Mary, I think I've found what I'm looking for, the more I read my Bible the more I realize I have been stumbling around blindly my entire life. I feel like a blind man who has been given sight, it is simply amazing.

Thank you Pim for your welcome. I haven't reached the New Testament yet, I have a long way to go. Everything I've read so far resonates with truth. I wish I had done this years ago instead of wasting my life with sin.
