  • An important question about going to hell.

    Hello True Christians™!

I was just wondering that when did Jews start going to hell? They were the chosen people of God before Jesus was born. Was this the moment when Jews started to go to hell. In other hand Jesus hadn't preached anything yet so it can't be the moment they started going to hell.

After Jesus' death the only option was the catlick church. Did all of them go to hell? Proper Bible KJV1611 wasn't available until 1611. Landover Baptist Church wasn't founded until 1620. This must mean that nobody between 0 and 1620 went to heaven?

Since they killed God's precious Son and rejected God's Message, so with the chronology of the Book of Acts, that would have been sometime before ten years after the crucifixion...

Acts 13:44-46: "44And the next sabbath day came almost the whole city together to hear the word of God. 45But when the Jews saw the multitudes, they were filled with envy, and spake against those things which were spoken by Paul, contradicting and blaspheming. 46Then Paul and Barnabas waxed bold, and said, It was necessary that the word of God should first have been spoken to you: but seeing ye put it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles."

Now, the church is the new Israel of God...

Galatians 6:15-16: "15For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature. 16And as many as walk according to this rule, peace be on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God."

Are you really a repenting Jew??

After our Lord Jesus was born, the Jews began to go to Hell when he had bacon and decided that life without it just wasn't worth it. This can be seen in Psalms 34:13, bacon is not evil, however avoiding the divine beast is, thus the Lord's "supposed," chosen people began to rot in Hell. He then died for our sins on the Cross, but now everyone can be saved and eat bacon in his name .
The Lord is gracious, and full of compassion; Slow to anger, and of great mercy. Psalm 145:8

It is at least possible that someone smart enough was able to learn Greek and Hebrew and was able to translate out the correct meanings of the Bible and obey it, but we have no known examples of that. It could have happened, but it probably didn't. We just don't know.

What matters is that the KJV has been translated NOW and is readily available so that fewer people have to be damned. You don't have to go to Hell, my friend (unlike probably all of them).

        Regards,

        Pastor Ed

A compelling question, friend, but this here's the introductory forum. You're supposed to tell us where you go to church and what your favorite Bible verse is and stuff like that.

It is not for us to know God's will for each person. We must simply follow Jesus. When Peter asked Jesus what His plan for the Apostle John was, Jesus simply replied, "If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? follow thou me" (Jn 21:22). Jesus basically told Peter to mind his own business. You shouldn't be asking about the eternal fate of Jews; you should be asking about your own eternal fate. Yes, God made an everlasting covenant with Israel, but as Pastor Ed said, the church is the new Israel. We are God's chosen people now, and we know He won't choose anyone else in the future and call them the "new church." If you really are a repenting Jew, you need to get with God's current chosen people.
sigpicMt 21:42, 44 Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes . . . ? And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.

              Yes.

However you are mistaken about The Church. Baptists were already existing prior to Jesus baptism as should be obvious: how could He be baptised BY A BAPTIST if it were not so?

And secondly, why was there a Greek word in existence for Baptists if there were no Baptists?

I suppose you have learned to meaninglessly recite The Old Testament so I will direct you to The Good News:
