Before flaming me in the comments please read this. Let me start with things I am not. I am not a satanist or a atheist. Or some religion that doesn't believe what you say. Let me give you reasons why this website is not good for the heart. First of all lets start with the meaning of "church." A person becomes "a member" of the church simply by exercising faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. However modern days have twisted the church meaning into something different. Today modernley the church is a place where people go to on sunday to pray but going to a Church doesn't automatically mean christan! A man when to church every sunday but you know what else he was doing? The man had a addiction to pornography. It states in the bible that the kingdom is in man not one man but a group of man. The kingdom is not your bible. Not your church. It is the savior. Jesus. Another thing I noticed was resentment to unsaved people though welcoming unholy religions. However these are the same things. Meaning the authors of this website are hypocrits. Not to mention what if a unsaved person came here seeking help. Would you really just turn him away? Also everywhere I see Republican! Republican! Republican! You are not saved by voting Republican but GIVING YOUR LIFE TO JESUS. Also I heard that a good fraction of Republicans believe the bible is what you make of it and that abortion is your choice. The last and final thing I would like to comment is the thing that I despise the most of this website. Guranteeing salvation since 1620. Well guess what? The owners of this website isn't Jesus and almost anyone have free say on this so does it truly matter? Being on this website DOES NOT GURANTEE salvation at all. Anyone who belives this needs to get DOWN ON THEIR KNEES AND PRAY!!

Visiting this website does, of course, not guarantee salvation. You being on the road straight to Hell being an excellent example of that. Only being an actual God fearing member of Landover Baptist Church does guarantee salvation as we have a clear "unsaved unwelcome" policy.

And yes, we do not welcome people who are not True Christians™. Why? Because God commands it!

That is so true. We can't stress that enough. And I am so glad you agree with us.

The churches have gotten away from the old time preaching of the consequences of sin and disobedience to the LORD and we are here to rectify that.

You are right that the kingdom is not the Bible, but the Bible is the road map to get there.

If your car breaks down, where are you going to look to find what parts you need? Are you going to look in a self help book?

Of course not. Where else will you learn of Jesus Christ and His Father who are one when combined with the Holy Spirit to form the One True God? Are you going to turn to witchdoctors and used car salesmen when it comes to your eternal soul or the Road Map to the Kingdom?

What unholy religions do you speak of? We tolerate the Catholic, but we don't like him.

The thing is, we tolerate anyone and sometimes begrudgingly respect people who know the Bible well, regardless of religion.

Yes, many persons claim to be Christians but they don't follow Christ. Catholics, for example. Here at Landover, we preach God's Word. All of it. And we don't hang out with sinners.
