Hello everybody.

I've been a regular visitor on the forum for almost a year now, and have finally decided that I should sign up on this forum and learn how to be saved.

I'm a man from North Dakota, and have been raised to be an atheist until a while ago when I realized that being an atheist must be wrong.

So now I'm here, and I want to become a saved person. What do I do?

Start by Praying.

Now can you introduce yourself? What's your name? How many sons has your wife given you? What church were you raised in?

I was in a hurry I forgot my name! My name is Richard. Also, I am currently unmarried so I have no children yet. I'm not sure if the atheist church really has a name, but that's what I was brought up in by my parents. Is there anything else you would like to know, Pastor?

HALLELUJAH!!!! A good step toward salvation is admitting that you're a miserable, wretched, worthless sinner and asking Jesus to keep you from the agonizing eternal torture that He has planned for you after you die. And reregister as a Republican.

Well Dick, you need to get to a Church and show your devotion to Jesus. 'Praying' as you have been in the privacy of your room will not do it. You need to expose your love, show all Christians what you are made of, that you will stand tall and poud among them and not slink about. Do not fear spouting off your love for Him.

One major thing that made me want to switch from "atheism" is all of that "evolution" nonsense. Humans came from monkeys? Of course not!

You were right to have doubts and switch from evolution to God; after all, one theory says we evolved over eons of time from primates and the other theory says we come from dirt breathed into by a deity; which is really more logical? Obviously, the Christian view. You made the right choice.

If you want to find a proper Christian church, you need to find one that follows the Bible-only path and follows all of the many thousands of laws laid down in Scripture without leaving out any (2 Tim 3:16-17). The Baptist Church is the only one that gets it right, so here we are.

Your search must, of necessity, begin by a thorough study of the Bible before you can identify Truth from error. Naturally, any religion that teaches tolerance and unconditional love of man is to be shunned, as all such made-up institutions are not Christ's, but the Devil's (see Matthew 10:34-38).

A real Church has Pasta and Pirates, a false one does not.

Is Landover a true Church? Well as many of the Pastors have banned Pasta from their home I think you have the answer.

We do a lot of background checks here at Landover Baptist. My job is to do background workups on nonFreehold locations.

I can contact your Mayor, but maybe you could begin by telling us about homer/atheists in Fargo, ND.

No Freddie, we do not have a 'Spagetti and Catsup' night in Landover. Just Steak and Potatoes, man food. Not 'limp noodles'.
