Thank you both for your guidance. I've prayed for forgiveness from the Lord and have started rereading the Bible. Again, thank you.

Re: Thought I'd Introduce Myself
Friend, this is why you need to read the entire Holy Bible, not just passages here and there as modern problems inspire you. The Scriptures are meant to be taken in as a whole, and as such, you really need to know it all so you can know how to apply it all. As NPBS has already explained, abortion, in and of itself, is a Biblically neutral thing. It's neither good nor bad except in context. You need to know this context, and every other context, if you wish to avoid angering the LORD.Originally posted by NicholasGavin View PostNot sure how to reply to that, other than say that abortion or 'herbal induced miscarriage' is completely wrong in any case, cheating or not.

Oh, praise Lord!Originally posted by No pearls before swine View PostSir, are you saying God Almighty is wrong?!?! I thought you said you were a Christian? Here, let me just go ahead and post the Scripture for you.
. 11 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying , 12 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, If any man's wife go aside , and commit a trespass against him, 13 And a man lie with her carnally , and it be hid from the eyes of her husband, and be kept close , and she be defiled , and there be no witness against her, neither she be taken with the manner; 14 And the spirit of jealousy come upon him, and he be jealous of his wife, and she be defiled : or if the spirit of jealousy come upon him, and he be jealous of his wife, and she be not defiled : 15 Then shall the man bring his wife unto the priest, and he shall bring her offering for her, the tenth part of an ephah of barley meal; he shall pour no oil upon it, nor put frankincense thereon; for it is an offering of jealousy, an offering of memorial, bringing iniquity to remembrance . 16 And the priest shall bring her near , and set her before the LORD: 17 And the priest shall take holy water in an earthen vessel; and of the dust that is in the floor of the tabernacle the priest shall take , and put it into the water: 18 And the priest shall set the woman before the LORD, and uncover the woman's head, and put the offering of memorial in her hands, which is the jealousy offering: and the priest shall have in his hand the bitter water that causeth the curse : 19 And the priest shall charge her by an oath , and say unto the woman, If no man have lain with thee, and if thou hast not gone aside to uncleanness with another instead of thy husband, be thou free from this bitter water that causeth the curse : 20 But if thou hast gone aside to another instead of thy husband, and if thou be defiled , and some man have lain with thee beside thine husband: 21 Then the priest shall charge the woman with an oath of cursing, and the priest shall say unto the woman, The LORD make thee a curse and an oath among thy people, when the LORD doth make thy thigh to rot , and thy belly to swell; 22 And this water that causeth the curse shall go into thy bowels, to make thy belly to swell , and thy thigh to rot : And the woman shall say , Amen, amen. 23 And the priest shall write these curses in a book, and he shall blot them out with the bitter water: 24 And he shall cause the woman to drink the bitter water that causeth the curse : and the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her, and become bitter. 25 Then the priest shall take the jealousy offering out of the woman's hand, and shall wave the offering before the LORD, and offer it upon the altar: 26 And the priest shall take an handful of the offering, even the memorial thereof, and burn it upon the altar, and afterward shall cause the woman to drink the water. 27 And when he hath made her to drink the water, then it shall come to pass, that, if she be defiled , and have done trespass against her husband, that the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her, and become bitter, and her belly shall swell , and her thigh shall rot : and the woman shall be a curse among her people. 28 And if the woman be not defiled , but be clean; then she shall be free , and shall conceive seed. 29 This is the law of jealousies, when a wife goeth aside to another instead of her husband, and is defiled ; 30 Or when the spirit of jealousy cometh upon him, and he be jealous over his wife, and shall set the woman before the LORD, and the priest shall execute upon her all this law. 31 Then shall the man be guiltless from iniquity, and this woman shall bear her iniquity.
Notice the part that says the Lord Says? This is a command from the Lord our God. It is a blessing indeed, after all, who wants a bunch of bastard children running around stealing your real childrens inheritance and creating various tribes who end up being the enemies of the Chosen of God.
Just read your Bible, its happened in the past.
Praise God
Of course our Mighty God approves killing both born and unborn babies.
Exodus 21:22-23
If men strive, and hurt a woman with child, so that her fruit depart from her, and yet no mischief follow: he shall be surely punished, according as the woman's husband will lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges determine. And if any mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life.
Therefore, if you beat a pregnant woman who is not your wife, causing her to miscarry, the punishment depends on whether you do some serious damage to the woman, not the fetus.
That is basically because a fetus, as well as a baby less than 1 month old, is basically worthless in the eyes of our sweet Lord, see for example:
Leviticus 27:2-7
2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When a man shall make a singular vow, the persons shall be for the LORD by thy estimation.
3 And thy estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, even thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.
4 And if it be a female, then thy estimation shall be thirty shekels.
5 And if it be from five years old even unto twenty years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
6 And if it be from a month old even unto five years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy estimation shall be three shekels of silver.
7 And if it be from sixty years old and above; if it be a male, then thy estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
That shows clearly that value of a person varies not only depending on sex but also age. Fetuses and babies under 1 month old are not even mentioned, therefore - worthless.
One of my favorite passages in the Holy Bible refers to the treatment of heathen babies:
Numbers 31:17-18
17 Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him.
18 But all the women children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves.
That means that among the enemies, all babies and women (including pregnant women) should be killed.
More on Biblical treatment of enemy women, children, and prisoners can be found in this highly informative thread:

Re: Thought I'd Introduce Myself
Hmm, marrage you say? I would recommend Numbers chapter 5. Numbers chapter 5 is very important since it tells you how to abort, er i mean how to make your wife have a herbal induced miscarrage when she starts cheating on you. Since you have no idea how to instruct or disipline your future wife that knowlege will surely come in handy.Originally posted by NicholasGavin View PostYep. Re: Thought I'd Introduce Myself
I take my girlfriend to Second Baptist Church. Her family has been going there for a long time, and since they are the ones that introduced me to Christ, I attend their church. As far as heathen habits go, my parents never really encouraged masturbation, but they never told me it was wrong. My father encouraged pornography and I stumbled upon some as a young child. My mother is also very disobedient and my father allows that, by taking a very relaxed attitude in running the family. At around fifteen years old, I was in a bad place. Masturbation, pornography, alcohol, ect. But when I found the Lord, Jesus Christ, at sixteen, my life changed. I've prayed and prayed and prayed for forgiveness, and have been striving to live a life that He would want me to ever since.Originally posted by Pastor Ezekiel View PostWhat Church are you taking your girlfriend to? Re: Thought I'd Introduce Myself
No problem. I pray that God will be the center of your marriage and that both of you will put Him first in your lives. When that is the case, everything else falls into place. Matthew 6:33 is a good text to stick to and live by.Originally posted by NicholasGavin View PostThank you so much! I'll reread this and pray about what God thinks I should do! I know he disciplines his wife. His wife calls her husband sir, which I think is essential in showing respect. Anyways, thank you for your help.

Yes, I've been looking up some Scripture that pertains to marriage and relationships and I've really been praying about it. Like I said, I never grew up with Christ and having found Him, I want to do everything I can to serve Him, and that includes on how I should act towards my future wife.
