  • Hello, All :)

I'm new to this forum, and newly returned to Christianity in general, so I'm trying to find other believers. Though I don't go to Church much, I feel God's presence every time I do physics or calculus to understand the workings of His creations or use the gifts and talents He gave me to create something new. For me, understanding the world, and to an even greater extent, the Universe, is the best way to get close to God. The best way to understand the world is through science and mathematics. I'm in love with outer space; in fact, I believe the most pure and beautiful religious experience one can have is looking through a high-powered telescope or the images from space satellites and grapple with the magnitude and complexity of the Lord's creation. On a different note, I have noticed some dissenting views with mine on this forums--hopefully we can have good discussions! For instance, I believe denying that dinosaurs and other fossilized creatures robs God of credit for some of his truly fascinating creations, and that treating women like property undermines the God-given sanctity of humanity. My favorite Bible verse is Mark 12:31 "Love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no commandment greater than these."

      Welcome, dear.

While your post troubles me greatly, it may indeed be that you have been led here for a reason. Perhaps we can help you. I do hope that is the case.

So you violate the Scriptures by forsaking the assembly (see Hebrews 10:25) and waste time trying to make up for it with the sinning scientist pyscho-babble of math? And calculus is the devil's cunnilingus. And that is supposed to make us respect you how exactly?

God's creation is beyond understanding. Attempting to grasp it is just arrogance and rank stupidity...

Job 36:26: "Behold, God is great, and we know him not, neither can the number of his years be searched out."

Romans 11:33: "O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!"

Please provide a Scripture for that.

Why? Nothing is up there, just the firmament. God intended us to live down here!

We don't believe in wasting time investigating so-called dinosaurs when most are just a hoax. Those that aren't are found to be things planted in the earth by Satan to throw off the Faithful™.

But why do you think we should care about dead animals when even live ones occupy very little of our thoughts?

I'm really sorry you can't live with the role God has for you. Should a negro who doesn't want to work in the fields be allowed to come inside in the air conditioning from picking melons just because he doesn't like the labor??? If so, what rules would you have to hold society together?

Come on, Mrs. Answers. Let's hear it.

      Regards,

      Pastor Ed

Read the Bible, feminazi, there are many verses in the Bible that clearly state a woman's role, I have a few in my signature.
        Thinking of Abortion?
That fetus will be in Hell, because they never had a chance to repent their sinful ways (Psalms 51:5) (1 Kings 8:46)

          Re: Hello, All

Welcome. While it may seem imporant to you, we have no interest in learning about the armpit hair clips you created. You need to do what God designed you for and make babies for Jesus and keep a sparkling home for your husband. And stop the foolishness.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

My goodness, where do I start?
Listen dear, It's obvious from your post that you need a man in your life to look after.
There's nothing like being in a good Christian marriage with a man and 7 or 8 little soldiers to get all of this nonsense out of your tiny head.

The only physics and calculus you will need is how long to bake a pie and what time your husband comes back from work.

There are no dissenting views here dear. You can find all the facts you need in a Bible (KJV).

            God Bless.

It is clear to see where you have been led astray. Space is the ultimate deception of satan. Beyond the sky is nothing more than sin and lies.

Sometimes at night when I am out in my yard, drinking a god-fearing non-alcoholic drink, looking up at the sky, I also feel the temptation of satan. Recently I have come across a good solution for this. I consulted with fellow soldiers of Christ and determined that what I needed was a God-pod:

Now this may appear as a standard hunting blind, however I have retrofitted the inside to hold 3-4 KJV1611's along with a small reading lamp. I also keep about 300-400 rounds of .30-06 along with my M1903 aka Jesus-rod (from a more civilized time).

With this setup, whenever I feel the temptation of those devil specks in the sky I can shoot them out one by one while saying a prayer, I like to think of it as my own rosary.

I hope this simple tip can help you turn away from your heathen ways and continue pursuit of the LORDS blessing.

                Dear friend:

If your belief system isn't based on Scripture, except one cherry-picked verse, then in what sense is it Christian?

Matt. 4:4: But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

Note: Every word. Jesus didn't say,

Not Matt. 4:4: But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by those words that proceed out of the mouth of God that strike the fancy of some uppity female, for thou mayest ignore the rest.
This church is dedicated to preaching True Christianity™ and the King James Bible exactly as they are, with no alterations to make them more politically correct for modern liberals. If you think that we've misquoted or twisted Scripture or quoted any verse out of context, please explain in detail how we've done so. Otherwise, if what you read on this site offends you, then you're offended by Almighty God and His Word, not by us.
