I think they made a movie about that in the 90s, and I'm almost positive they just re-released it in 3-D. According to the movie, which is indeed highly blasphemous, mosquitoes bit the people of Biblical times just as they do today. Later, when they rested they were trapped in tree sap which hardened and became amber. Scientists were then able to extrapolate the DNA from the blood of these mosquitoes to clone several of the personalities from the Bible. The movie is somewhat notable for the scene in which Newman from Seinfeld is sprayed in the face with some sort of Jew Juice by Zacchaeus. I think it's based off of a Dan Brown book that was inspired by the Creation Musem...but of course it got twisted and ruined by the goons in Hellywood.Originally posted by listner View Post
