Hello,

My name is Odette. I was baptised as a Russian Orthodox Christian. My parents were not married when I was born. I only go to church for Easter.
Reading through the various threads of this site, I was astounded by the level of ignorance that this Church displays. Does God forbid an education? Does He advocate the bigotry and blatant discrimination that you are all guilty of?
I have been trying to make up my mind whether this is a joke or not. I have never in my life met people as appalling as this.
Now then, answer me this. Will I go to hell?

But you show ignorance in things which the Bible does not preach. I have to give it to you, you guys seem to know your stuff pretty well when it comes to the weird distorted view you have of God's word, but when it comes to matters of common knowledge, frankly I find it hard to believe that you are all adults. You do not seem to have the education of a primary school child. Now tell me, how is it possible to believe the word of God when it comes from the mouth of someone who does not know what Belgium is?

Thanks for your concern, but really it's okay. I don't know why you believe what you do, but I was taught in Sunday school that God loves you, whoever you are, whatever you do.
That being said, I don't believe in God. If God was truly with us, why would everyday occurences like rape and murder happen? When a child is being sexually abused, where is God? When a homeless man dies on the street from the cold, because pious Christians such as yourselves refuse to give him shelter, where is God?
You will probably now tell me that I am damned because I am not American, and going to hell because a legal act between my parents did not happen before I was born. How is a little piece of paper going to send me to hell?

So many false Christian "Sunday schools" are chock full of lies. There are countless people and things God hates and abhors. Just to name a few.

Leviticus 20:23 And ye shall not walk in the manners of the nation, which I cast out before you: for they committed all these things, and therefore I abhorred them.

That being said, I don't believe in God.

Well, aren't you just a ball of contradictions? You would think if you believed in nursery school Jesus, you would at least still believe in God.

They did not lie to you, but the did not tell you the whole truth. Yes, God loves everyone, but love and salvation does not go hand in hand. You will end up in hell, if you do not follow His will. Of course, you don't have to take my word for it, you can read the word of God yourself.

John 3:16-18 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

So as you can see, every non-Christian will end up in hell. Despite God loving hindoos, mudslimes and so, He will have to throw them lovingly in hell for all eternity if they refuse to follow Him.

I went to Sunday school as a child because I was born into a Christian family, but that being said however, as I grew up I formed my own independent opinions.
I have noticed by the way that none of my previous questions have been answered, still waiting.
