Without belief in Christ, one has no moral compass by which to navigate the sea of infinity toward salvation, no absolute morality. Without this we are left with relative morality, meaning that child molesters and Nazis would be able to author their own moral codes the same as everyone else. Hitler was actually catholic, atheists were hauled into concentration camps along with jews, gypies, homosexuals, the disabled, and other "undesirables".
