  • Here is my introduction!

Church: Raised Reformed, but I don't stick strongly to any particular specific church. I consider myself to be simply "Protestant".

Favorite Bible Verse (Actually Chapter): "If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when completeness comes, what is in part disappears. When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me. For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

    1 Corinthians, Chapter 13.

    *bows*There you are.
Luke 8:30 And Jesus asked him, saying, What is thy name? And he said, Legion: because many devils were entered into him.

    Re: Here is my introduction!

First, thank you for following my direction here to post an introduction. It is akin to entering a home, traditionally and by social convention, you introduce yourself politely at the door.

Now, Protestantism encompasses a wide variety of denominations, all of which are hell-bound, save Bible-following Baptists, who take God's Word just as it is written, and literally. Some think this makes us intolerant, but we are only following our Dear Lord:

Romans 10:17 (1611 King James Bible)

So then, faith commeth by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Note that nowhere does God say anything about picking and choosing what part of His Word we want to follow, while being able to ignore others of His Words. He said what He meant, and He meant what He said. These churches that try to bend and twist the Holy Word to agree with science are leading their congregations straight to Hell.

Also, I want to add, that the True Word™ of God is the 1611 King James Version. When True Christians™ here speak of The Bible, it is this version to which we refer, and we ask, nay demand, that this version (the True Word™ of God) is the one quoted.

    2 Timothy 3:16 (1611 King James Bible)

All Scripture is giuen by inspiration of God, & is profitable for doctrine, for reproofe, for correction, for instrution in righteousnesse,
Since you profess to be a brony, I can only assume/hope you are a minor. We insist that you have your father's permission to be posting here, if that be the case. Have you your father's permission?

Jesus, in His infinite wisdom, brought you here for a reason. What do you suppose this is?

      NO.

Read it as God intended, the King James Version, instead of some tarted up feel-good hippie horseshit.

      Here you are:

( 1 Corinthians 13:1-13) "Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing. Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away. For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away. When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things. For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity."

      A little different, hmm?

Do you even know who wrote this? Do you know who his audience was? Hint: It wasn't the entire world.

I see a new medal coming your way...

      Yours in Christ,

      Z. Smyth

Dr. Snyde, with your permission I would like to say that it doesn't matter what age the child is who watches this Satanic homosexual loving show. As a Christian mother I know that this show will turn even young good Christian boys into beast loving homosexual minions of Satan. This user will never be saved as long as he is a brony.

          You got that right, Sister.

The evidence is staring him in the face in the (corrected) Scripture he ironically posted; specifically this part:

When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.

What I meant, is that I would hope he is not an adult. I can understand a child falling for this Satanic "bronification" far quicker than I could a grown man.

However, I do appreciate your concern and bringing this to light, because you are quite correct, until he casts off this path to bestiality, he is surely damned. Surely the Dear Lord has brought him here so that we may guide him from this path.

edit: Sharp eye, Brother Zechariah! The Good Lord is surely speaking directly to him!

Hello, Legion (IN THE NAME OF JESUS!)

I am cautious and wary about greeting you with a name like Legion:

Mark 5:9 And he asked him, What is thy name? And hee answered, saying, My name is Legion: for we are many.

Mark 5:15 And they come to Iesus, and see him that was possessed with the deuill, and had the Legion, sitting, and clothed, and in his right minde: and they were afraid.

Luke 8:30 And Iesus asked him, saying, What is thy name? And he said, Legion: because many deuils were entred into him.

I almost feel as if I should be offering you a sugar cube if I call you Brony. Perhaps that's the answer. I could place a tract under the sugar cube, and then as you trot over to get it, I could shove the tract in your pocket. When you go back to your stable, you will see the tract, read it, and find Jesus as your Savior. Problem solved.

Well, except one: I only have Splenda. Here, Brony Brony! Horsie want some Splenda?

              In His Love,
              Brother Larry

Hate to state the obvious, but Christians go to church.

Heb 10:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

And they follow the whole Bible.

                1 Corinthians, Chapter 13.
You know we only have to love our neighbours and our brothers and sisters in Christ, right?

Is there anything else you care to add that might convince us you're really Christian?
sigpicMt 21:42, 44 Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes . . . ? And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.
