I would a lot like to note that I am praying for you. I am so sorry you are lost from the lord don't be mad at our great creator. Even if you must be mad remember the one thing the lord did give you. He gave you life. A life that you can go and do as you please and make your own path. He gave you the ability to choose to love him. I really hope you can find some peace with god and jesus. If you can't come to peace with him at least try to come to peace with the gift of life that you have. We are not guaranteed anything in life but everyday we have here is precious. If you never come back to god try to at least thank him for what you do have. As for your mother I am very sorry. I can't Have no idea what that feels like. But I can sympathize with you because I also have a mother that I love. I really hope you can come back to god. Give him a chance and he might surprise you.

I think you'll have better luck preaching fire & brimstone...homers are used to being mollycoddled, which is probably one of the reasons they choose to be homers in the first place. Nothing can move forward without being spurred on by fear of The Lord.
