I apologize if that seemed to come off as if I was questioning her. One of the reasons I came here is that I am in search for the purist church I can find. I know that I am doing something right by being Baptist.

I come to this because I have found that our church is losing its way a bit and we do give way too much power of men to our women (my wife and daughters our not pant-toting feminists). If I were to come to a more holy and pure church, would that be disrespectful to my "betters" at Westboro?

While your hopefully former church may have honored Christ with their vendetta against unnatural affection, Jesus never wept so openly as when He watched funerals of our glorious soldiers being picketed by the pansies of Westboro that were too afraid to serve our wonderful Christian country.

Thank you! I am happy to meet you! I do agree with your taking offense to the picketing of soldier's funerals. I for one, was never very happy with that. But it would be disrespectful of me to question my elders. However, we were not protesting America. Because this country IS the best and is God's favorite! However, satan has a powerful hand here and that is what we were protesting. The evil liberals have been using our government and military to fight for evil "freedoms" such as "gay marriage." It makes me sick to my stomach.

And I am happily married with two beautiful daughters, but I also enjoy a fine American apple pie!

Of course I cannot agree with all of his actions and yes he was excommunicated, but he was the founder of our sacred church. We are in no way, blinded by the evils of the satan-lead liberals. Yes, he mistakenly allowed the women to speak too much of our message. But the message is a holy one. This country is in desperate need of salvation.

How Mr. Phelps could have missed this doesn't bode well to the idea that he understands the Word of God. I am a follower of the Westboro Baptist Church (some of you may recognize that title). As you may know, we are on the brink of losing Fred Phelps, founder of our church. He was dedicated to spreading God's love around America in the hopes of saving this damned country.
