    Lost in deepest rural England...

    Liking the concept...

45 this year, raised a Catholic... should have been a pest controller, such was my ability to fill a church with toxic smoke... (government health warning: more tar in incense than a pack of 20 B&H)

Not a great fan of the KJV... bit antiquated, but I'm sure I have one down in the crypt somewhere...

Live in the middle of rolling hills in the Somerset countryside... it would be idyllic, but for the local farmer who frequently decides to manure his fields when I want a barbecue... but just as Job had to deal with all his boils etc. I shall deal with farmer... we don't have guns here like in the States so I can't blow out the tyres of his Massey Ferguson tractor, but I can hurl peanuts at him and cry 'be out ye devil!')

      In answer to your questions

My favourite verse is Genesis 1:27 where God created man in His own likeness, presumably 'warts and all'.... so sinners are as much a part of God as 'the devout'

I didn't find Jesus, He found me.

I don't attend any particular church, but I've played music at many Christian Festivals and events here... and I have my own personal relationship with God

        Thank you.

Of course sinners are part of God's Plan...who else is He going to roast for Eternity in the fiery pits of Hell?

Only those washed by Jesus are members of His body.

Jn 13:8 Peter saith unto him, Thou shalt never wash my feet. Jesus answered him, If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me.
sigpicMt 21:42, 44 Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes . . . ? And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.

I'm sorry Nick, but I don't quite understand your introductory post. If there's something we can help you with, please tell us what it is. Quite frankly, I'm not sure why you're here.
