Why did you stop being a believer? You had heaven in your grasp, but let it slip into hell... Why?

Because he never really "Revealed" himself to me, for the longest time I had faith but whenever I would pray he would never answer. I also included the millions of children in Africa (There are some Caucasian children there too) who die ever year due to starvation. That just pushed it over the edge for me, What god would allow these children to die? At least grant them a painless death? That and the belief the Earth is flat, If you jumped you wouldn't go flying because the atmosphere keeps the air stable inside. Also the theory that bacteria evolved into single cell organisms and into double cell organisms, so on and so on, again made more sense than God creating every animal all at once.

He was testing you. It was your fault for giving up on him. Maybe he never bothered to answer you because he knew that you would betray him.

If you truly believed, Jesus would have spoken to you. Or maybe you didn't want to listen, as you are too self-centred.
As to the African kids, didn't you know that God hates sinners.

Does it really? The Bible actually states that Jesus gives the saved (and specifically the saved) the power to become sons of God:

[John 1:12-13 KJV] 12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, [even] to them that believe on his name: 13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

                Others are the devil's children:

[John 8:44 KJV] 44 Ye are of [your] father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

As for whether God loves everyone, the Bible identifies the people whom God hates:

[Psalm 5:4-5 KJV] 4 For thou [art] not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness: neither shall evil dwell with thee. 5 The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity.

[Romans 9:13 KJV] 13 As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.

The God revealed in the Bible, that's who:

[Job 9:12 KJV] 12 Behold, he taketh away, who can hinder him? who will say unto him, What doest thou?

[Romans 9:22-24 KJV] 22 [What] if God, willing to shew [his] wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction: 23 And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory, 24 Even us, whom he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?

Let me get this straight: you believe Jesus was real (even though there's no evidence outside of the Bible to suggest He was real), you believe the story about Him going to the cross was true, but you don't believe anything else the Bible says? How do you make that distinction?

And you "respect" Him for going to the cross willingly, on charges that He knew were false, and that He knew He could just run away from (as He'd been informed that the Romans were looking for Him)? Wouldn't that mean you think He was insane? Wouldn't pity be a much more appropriate emotion than respect?

It is the way it is. Heathens always hate us rational bible believing Christians, because we follow Him. Just like Jesus said.
Matthew 10:22 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.

                        GLORY!

Then you better should learn God's own language and not rotate and bark around here, pleading for more explanations. What is it you don't understand of the points the pastor has tried to tell you? See me: I understand each of his words, and I am only a bloody Kraut. And now don't tell me you don't even know what a Kraut is...

hahaha... not a one like this. Guess one time more!
