These days, we know that the Sun IS a star. However, back when your bible was written, we did not know that. Your so-called 'god' should have known, but he did not- because he did not exist.
Let me put it this way.

The Sun is 332,000 times more massive then the Earth. Because it took your so-called 'god' THREE WHOLE DAYS to create the Earth, it should take him about 998,700 days to create the SUN. And that is just one star.
Because there are about 50 sextillion (50,000,000,000,000,000,000,000) stars in the galaxy, it would take about 18 octillion days to create them all (49,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000).
And that is a number significantly larger then 4.
Here we have an unfidel treating God as if the rules of simple primary school mathematics and scholastic logic mattered to God.

Basically, you are trying to fit God into a pattern that is understandable to you. God does not work that way. Even mathematics do not work that way any more. Not everything on Earth can be reduced to the simple operations of multiplication. The same for the eternity of GOD.

As the Sisters in Christ have tried to explain, there is absolutely no reason for God to follow your simplistic mathematical operations.

    God is omnipotent.
    • He can be outside logic, the classical "rules" of discussion invented by pagan scholars of ancient Grease.
    • Logic can, however, be used in human conversation when, e.g., discussing if an argument is valid and to discard claims that are not based on evidence (for us, the Bible is the evidence that matters).
    • However, God can perform miracles. Miracles are outside conventional logic and cause-effect. That makes them miracles. Our everyday experience is cast aside for the powerful manifestation of GOD.
Basically, you use trickery trying to find loopholes for your own unbelief. Is that not interesting!? You actually have to try to find inconsistencies to keep your atheist world view! Is it really THAT fragile?! Seems it is.

You are ridiculing Creation by claiming that it would be a simple task of doing multiplications and maths. It is not, as our Sisters have explained. Creation is ex nihilo, out of the VOID, it does not yield to conventional logic. It is a miracle. Cause and effect are not the same as in this Created word. Cause is the eternal GOD and the effect of the miracle is the Creation.

Take a look at this GOD:

    1 Chronicles 29:11
Thine, O LORD, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O LORD, and thou art exalted as head above all.

That is a GOD that does not care if your naïve calculations are mathematically correct. Those belong to this world. Not to the eternity of God where the violent, glorious, magnificent and terrible act of CREATION took place. Accept it. Stop finding excuses.

    Yours in Christ,

    Elmer

Miss Cookie, my goodness, that sure would be a lot of pies! I'm curious, what is the largest number of hungry men you could serve your pie to all at once? I'll bet you could handle a lot, even if they all came back for sloppy seconds!

It's like when I made my first pie: It took a long time because I had to get every little detail right, and throw away a lot of failed attempts. But once I got it down, why, now I could make hundreds or even thousands in a day if I had to, I bet!

Dumb question.. On which day did God make pie? I can find no reference to it anywhere.

That is a dumb question! Sister Cookie made the pies!

Interestingly, the first pie [shaped-object] God™ created was the Earth itself!

We scientifically proved this long ago in the thread about "3 Experiments You Can Do At Home that PROVE THE EARTH IS FLAT".

MISTRESS COOKIE ANSWERS: As to pastry:. I was thinking, maybe it would help the non-believers grasp God™s earthly world if they stopped thinking of the Earth as a perfectly flat disk, and more shaped like a PIE.

There is depth to it (the filling) because there has to be space down there for h*ll, and also when you're gardening you notice your trowel doesn't poke right through into nothingness. So there is stuff down there, no doubt about it.

And the surface is bumpy like a lattice-top crust, or streusel-topping (though naturally much bigger of course), which is why you will see the mast of a ship first come over what a viewer can take to be "the horizon", followed by the body of the boat.

I... Eh, well, I did admit it was a dumb question in the first place. I never really thought of it from that perspective.

Yes, I'm well aware the earth is flat. It has to be. Otherwise, a bullet fired into the air would fall back towards the earth and continue to follow the supposed curve all the way around it, perpetually falling, and never hitting the ground! Though I admit, I can see how it's confusing to some. When you're up high enough, it does look curved, but it's probably the same optical illusion that's created by drawing two really long parallel lines in sand. When you get far enough away, it looks like they're touching, but if you walk back, you can see they're still separate.
John 8:12 Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

That is exactly right. Things are not always what they appear to the naked eye!

                        "Round" describes a FLAT shape.

                        Do you mean "spherical"?
