You're confused, dear. Your silly use of scripture as your sole form of communication shouldn't be confused with some kind of intellectual prowess. Landover Baptist Church forum exists to sing praises of Jesus, and share the Good News that He is going to send every single person on Earth who doesn’t believe in Him straight to Hell (John 3:18). I do wish you would stop trying to pick a fight, and start praising Jesus!

I have never seen such hypocrisy in my life! I receive silly little "infractions" for posting bible verses, and you act as though it is I who refuse God's word? Are you insane or is this a joke to you?

Not that it is any of your business, but I obey and honor my husband. I am "allowed" to think and speak for myself because he is a MAN not afraid or threatened by a woman with a mind and heart to speak the truth. And if he tells me to stay away from you brood of vipers, I would listen immediately, but he actually gets a kick out of my Godly "entertainment." Its either religion or politics. I assure you Mary, I am perfectly capable of carrying on a conversation with you, but since this is a bible group, the Word of God is very relevant...unless of course you do not believe the Word of God. I do not see any reason to praise Jesus for your church. I did not come here to start a fight, but I have been attacked, sanctioned, and belittled from the moment I started posting, and I opened with utmost sincerity and humility. Yet your group still finds it acceptable to call me and others like me unsaved trash. We have been redeemed by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ our Lord. Are you calling Jesus a liar? No dear, if anyone is a liar, it's you. You say you have been redeemed by faith in Christ, but your faith is clearly in your own ability to twist Scripture to accommodate your personal agenda. If you don't believe me, ask yourself a question - why do you think Jesus just so happens to support every virtue you yourself value, and just so happens to be against every vice you yourself find objectionable? Have you never seen this among other people who, like you, self-identify as Christians only to use the Holy Word of God as a kind of mental "get out of [cognizant] jail" card? We see it all the time. You're not the first rodeo clown to come along and demand your own personal opinion just so happens to be the exact same one as Jesus Christ, with the predicable habit of manipulating Holy Scripture to be interpreted in the most convenient way.
