Quickly read through the link you provided. I have to admit that I am confused. There is the bible then it was translated into English. So you use the same bible as Catholics in a different language (English) but it's different?Comment

We do not use the same Bible as Catholics. The Catholic canon uses a faulty version of the Old Testament that includes transcription errors and adds several false books. When Catholics read the Bible in the vernacular, they read translations that include further corruptions. I too read the link and the comments. Yes the Catholic church was the main source of power in Europe and base of law. The Church did become corrupt. Now a days they are making reforms to "clean up" the church though. I was not aware that you followed the King James version of the Holy Bible. I assume that "version means" that it is English and that is the only difference?Comment
