I'm a dane, and I really need to disagree with you, Bryan Makariki. Yes, Denmark is a cold country, in the winter times. But not a boring country. You've ever been here? We got the most amazing coast line! You can go for a walk in the center of Copenhagen, in about a half an hour, you've seen 10 beatiful churches! Old churches, very beatiful. We've got a couple of catholic churches to. We've got old castle all over the place. Go to "Nyhavn" in Copenhagen, fantastic place. You can't go see the Little Mermaid at the time, she's in China. And hey, why don't stop by a museum? Almost every of them is free. And go to "Dyrehaven"! A beatiful, real big "park area" with deers, alot of different birds ect. You can even take a ride in a horse cart or on a horseback! You'd probably not like Christiani, even though theres, well yeah, beatiful.

As far as I know, they're pretty normal people. Soeren Kirkegaard didn't like jews, but that was a very normal thing in Denmark at his time.

I hope you didn't spend too long getting these facts about Denmark together, because I have a few things to say about them, mostly about how far off the mark they actually are.

First, you claim to know the etymology of the word Viking. I say kudos to you for being strong in your faith, but in this case, it's not quite as accurate as you lead others to believe. The etymology of this particular word has actually been widely debated, but going so far as translating it to rapist is a stretch.

Secondly you claim that the danish people provided prostitutes for the delegated that took part in the summit. This is also not correct, while prostitution is legal in our fine country, it is generally frowned upon, and it is not legal to pimp, threaten or force anyone to sell sexual favors to others.

You go on to claim that our prime minister cheated his way through the Tour de France, which is also a false statement, as we have never had a PM who has taken part in this game, nor have we had an athlete who competed in said game go on to be elected pm. Now, I know it can be confusing with so many Rasmussens getting talked about around the world, but to clear things up a bit;

He was accused of lying to the IOC, when asked about where he had been at certain points in time. As I recall, he wasn't convicted of anything, but he was still suspended from the Tour de France. I hope this clears up some of the confusion.

Now, your fourth point, regarding the danish author H.C. Andersen, well, I won't tell you that you have to like his stories or his life, but I will say that the way you portray him is a bit harsh. As I am sure you will find out if you do some research, he never molested children. He was actually very shy and was afraid of women. Some question his sexuality, but that's less important in my opinion. You, are of course still free to dislike him if it pleases you.

5th point, getting slightly ridiculous on this one, if I can be so free as to express my honest opinion. Lego wasn't invented by Denmark as a nation, although it was invented IN Denmark, by one man.
Now, I don't know about you, but I think most toys of the plastic figure sort, i.e. dolls and action figures and the likes, can be placed in sexually suggestive positions, to portray the act of having intercourse. Just because someone, somewhere chose to waste his time doing so, only to photograph it and put a funny phrase underneath it, does that mean that the thing itself is evil or particularly vile, compared to any other action figure or playdoll, which could, if one chose to do so, be put in sexually suggestive positions?

Moving on to the 6th point, regarding Pippi Longstockings. I don't know if you've read these childrens stories, but if you google her name, you'll most likely find that the stories was, in fact, authored by the Swedish author Astrid Lindgren, and as such, can't be a reason for God to hate Denmark.
Furthermore, your claim that billions of children have had their minds corrupted by these stories are very amusing to me, as I myself, am leading a very happy and normal life, having read these stories as a child. And I have no doubt in my mind, that I would have had an equally happy and normal life if I hadn't read them.

7th point, my fingers grow weary of all this typing, but I feel I must at least try to show you that what you say is completely wrong on this point. Now, I don't watch much television, as I find the spectrum of broadcast neither entertaining nor educational, but I can assure you that shows such as the ones you name, never have and never will be provided on any channel in Denmark. Rape, violence and organ trading are illegal by Danish law, and all are generally frowned upon.

8th, you say that homosexual couples are allowed to adopt and rape children. This is also untrue, as I stated in my rebuttal to your 7th point, rape is illegal by Danish law.
I am not quite sure if said couples are even allowed to adopt, but if they are not, I'm sure they will be quite soon.

9th point, yes we have an insane tax on new cars. I never understood the reason for this, and quite frankly it's just a ball and chain around the foot of the country. You go on to say that we have the worst economy in all of Europe, which is also not true. Actually, we have one of the strongest economies in all of Europe. We can't compare to Germany or France by mass productivity and export, but we suffer no hardships either.

10th point. I am 100% sure that H.C. Andersen never wrote fairy tales about raping young boys, and I am also quite certain that, even though BT is not always your most accurate source of news, they would never report such a story unless they had proof of it. And as I see no proof of either said news report, or these fairy tales, I'll expect this to be false until proven otherwise.

Last, but not least, as I'm sure others have pointed out, the flag in the first post isn't the Danish flag but the Finnish flag.

I am getting so tired of Denmark! I'm sick of the silly Dennishites popping by here and giving us the same, boring, inconsequential information that the earlier set of silly Denmarians provided.

I did a bit of research regarding Nyhavn. It seems to be a small dockside in the capital area of Denmark. What i noticed, is that Nyhavn is known for prostitution. Why would you want people to visit a place in Denmark full of prostitution? Perhaps you are one of the danish prostitutes from Nyhavn who are in desperate need of customers, and therefore advising people in here to give you a visit?

This picture seems to be taken in the center of Copenhagen. I count two Tuborg pubs, most likely filled with drunk Denmarkians. I count one Mcdonalds restaurant as well, but i am unable to locate any churches/castles. Why would Denmarkistan have any churches when 85% of the Denmarkish population are atheists? Apart from that, i am amazed to see how dirty the streets of Copenhagen is. No wonder why Denmark holds the garbage EU record.
