Ah Job 12. Fitting you should choose that chapter - note how it ends:Originally posted by Rileyrue42 View PostWhy are you calling me a child, I will not hush
Or speak to the earth, and it shall teach thee: and the fishes of the sea shall declare unto thee. (Job 12:8)
Job 12:25
They grope in the dark without light, and he maketh them to stagger like a drunken man.
Sounds like Job is describing the Irish, no?

An Irish Femanazi
? I thought I was helping to witness to a man.
It's well known that the thick skulls of women can't process biblical facts and truths in large chunks. We should dumb down our approach to one line per day.

A drunken Irish shrew who won't shut her yap. Who knew?
1 Corinthians 11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.
There was an Irish family living next door to my family when I grew up. The man Irishman (a jockey) would knock the living daylights out of the woman Irishman (ugly and shouty) and both of them drank like thirsty fish (and their legion of screaming kids were ginger).
It came as no surprise to me that God smote him with a heart attack.

That's quite amusing.

Yes I do, I read the bible the same one you all read, And there is no need to call me Flippity O'Flappety that is very insulting, there was no need to say it.Originally posted by Destiny's Blunder View PostYou do realize this isn't the Bible we're talking about, right Flippity O'Flappety?

Be honest. Do you read the whole Bible regularly or just your favourite parts? Are you selective like priests or organisers of Bible reading classes?

So I'm a Drunken Irish mick now am I, I've never had a drink in my whole life and i don't intened to start now. Get this there are drunks in so called ''Godly'' Usa, and drug addicts and teen mothers, So how is it ''godly'' then.Originally posted by Pastor Ed Lowman View PostFriend, please try to stop being a drunken mick in self-denial for just long enough to absorb the points we're making; there are two ways the Bible (and God) condemns something -- explicitly or implicitly. Ireland isn't mentioned by name, but neither is abortion, and yet it (and every non-Christian nation) is condemned by what they do and stand for.
In the case of Ireland, we have a nation of mostly lapsed Catholics who cannot even worship Mary as they are told to due to their excessive love of vodka, gintonic, and every other type of strong drink in the world. The Bible condemns such reckless behavior...
And how do they deserve it, And right now do I, A proper man should never hit a woman, my husband knows that if he ever hit me I would leave him. Any man who thinks of his wife as some one who just cooks and cleans and looks after the kids has another thing coming to him.Originally posted by Pastor Ed Lowman View PostNo, we only do that when the wives deserve it.
So where in the bible does it say He Loves America.Originally posted by Pastor Ed Lowman View PostLiam has explained this. America is God's prepared cleansing agent to rid the world of unrighteousness.
I do read the bible for a whole hour every Sunday. And have done so ever since I was able to read.Originally posted by Pastor Ed Lowman View PostReading the Bible wouldn't hurt, you know!

Friend, please try to stop being a drunken mick in self-denial for just long enough to absorb the points we're making; there are two ways the Bible (and God) condemns something -- explicitly or implicitly. Ireland isn't mentioned by name, but neither is abortion, and yet it (and every non-Christian nation) is condemned by what they do and stand for.Originally posted by Rileyrue42 View PostWhere In the bible doe's It say ''GOD HATES IRELAND'',Do you Know Personaly that it says that in those exact words
In the case of Ireland, we have a nation of mostly lapsed Catholics who cannot even worship Mary as they are told to due to their excessive love of vodka, gintonic, and every other type of strong drink in the world. The Bible condemns such reckless behavior...
"Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise." (Proverbs 20:1)
"And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;" (Ephesians 5:18)
"It is not for kings to drink wine; nor for princes strong drink: Lest they drink, and forget the law, and pervert the judgment of any of the afflicted." (Proverbs 31:4-5)
Therefore, God condemns Ireland -- and that's only ONE thing about their nation God hates.
Oh, so now we're going to judge by the exceptions??? I guess some oily negroes in the hood are NOT car-jackers, so I guess we should park there because SOME won't steal the car?
