Although I have no idea where you got that idea (brother Cranky's exposé clearly refers to Ireland, your unsteady vision must have betrayed you), you seem to be under the impression that God hates all carrot topped gingers. God does not of course. God can and wants to love everyone, even those that display their demonic lineage and their affinity to the fires of Hell for all to see, just as long as they acknowledge their evil ways and put an end to them.

Pioneer Total Abstinence Association.heres a few facts about it.

1:The Pioneer Total Abstinence Association of the Sacred Heart (or PTAA) is an Irish organisation for Roman Catholic teetotallers. Its members are commonly called Pioneers. While the PTAA does not advocate prohibition, it does require complete abstinence from alcoholic drink from its members. It also encourages devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus as an aid to resisting the temptation of alcohol. because I provide music services in psych. units where many alcoholics make that transition (although I do not recommend it of course) and in fact I have never seen anyone go through their programmes without ending worse off than they were before they went in (although they might temporarily stop consuming whatever substance got them in there..)

I noticed a Salvation Army person on the Kyle clip (I didn't watch all of them) and was surprised when he said, "..my Bible doesn't say God hates anyone."

He hasn't read The Bible and he's been whatever The Salvo's call a Pastor for 30 years!!

Neither is it a "belief" that communities where perverts thrive are "wrong" - God explicitly states this to be so and has on many many occasions commanded that such communities be utterly destroyed, perverts, wives, children, unborn babies TOGETHER WITH the assurance that Jesus will slaughter billions of heathens (belief systems to the contrary notwithstanding) when He returns.

I wouldn't expect some meretricious TV host to know that but I was surprised that a Salvation Armyist (is that what they're called? it doesn't look right somehow) had never read it. Normally the liberal types have some private interpretation to refute God's Word (which they have actually read) but that won't stop them from going to HELL.

It actually sickens me to think that you are a pastor and you have control over the minds of a presumably large group of people in some backwards hick town. I can't believe there are so many people on this site claiming to be pastors or reverends or whatever you call yourselves it's truly disgusting.
How can you say all these things about the Irish? You don't even know us! What makes you think you're better then us? In 2005 Ireland was found to have the best quality of life in the world. We have a much better education system to you in the USA. I was in America during the summer and talked to some american friends about the exams you take in high school. They are LAUGHABLE compared to the intensity of the exams we take here. It is sadly undeniable that the majority of the American people are ignorant and unintelligent.
At least mistakes Irish people have made in the past we can admit to. Yes there was a terrible problem with alcohol dependency here A VERY LONG TIME AGO. We are a new nation, we are only 89 years old. Before that we were not our own nation, we did not control our own destinies. We were not allowed to worship the way we wanted, we had our language and land stolen and with it our dignity for the best part of 200 years. Now we are one of the fastest grown economies in the world. We picked ourselves up from one of the poorest and most undeveloped countries in Europe, to be one of the major players.
The more popular reputation we have as friendly and approachable is not without reason. Many of the charity organisations around the world are Irish or Irish have heavy involvement with them. Unlike your Military, the Irish Army is in place purely for PEACE KEEPING missions in countries like Chad and Sudan. Our police force are called the Garda Siochana, which means the keepers of the peace. We have a much lower percentage of alcohol abuse and drug use then our counterparts in the USA.
Condemning us as a nation by using a stereotype of a small amount of poor and uneducated Irish men and women who were forced to leave our country a very long time ago is frankly pathetic.

You people should be so ashamed of yourselves, really. This kind of hatred is so insanely unChristian of you! You have no hope of getting in to Heaven with the attitudes you have. You might devote your entire lives to God but you are doing it the wrong way, you won't be forgiven and you WILL go to hell.
