It's probably because of our view on the Church(the truth, The Lord told us!)... We take life a bit more relaxed, but are not destroying ourselves. When we go too far, God will send us a sign that you have to stop. A fellow priest smoked a little too much weed, so he got cancer. He stopped smoking weed and easily survived! Now, he believes that there's a sign in his backgarden telling him if he's going too far or not. When the Figtree(says enough, doesn't it?) colours green, it is OK, when the leaves die, it is not and he has to stop! It worked!

So it doesn't matter what you do, unless you go too far!
