Brother Cranky, isn't the current Dutch "queen" an Argentinasian daughter of some horrible criminal butcher? I thought I read something in the news, but as it wasn't about the USA I only glared over it.

I know Dutch women are ugly, but they could have found at least one without having to hunt for foreign criminals.

• The Dutch eat a lot of cheese.
• The Dutch slaughtered many innocent women and children in Indonesia.
• The Dutch behaved like cowards in the Srebrenica massacre.
• The (former) Dutch queen is not even really Dutch as both her father and her grandfather were Germans. The current Dutch queen is even worse by the way, apparently your royals have something against Dutch people.
• The Dutch are always telling the rest of the world how to behave. No one ever listens.

I don't think so. You are making a wrong assumption by not allowing for the fact that I have actually been to the Netherlands, though only once. I was frankly horrified at the open prostitution and drug-taking. I only wish I had been warned of this BEFORE I took my grandchildren there!

Friend, please do not accuse Brother Cranky of hating and being ignorant. He is one of the most loving and knowledgeable True Christians™ that I have had the pleasure to meet.

He is actually being ignorant. Ignorant means unknowing. In his post it shows he is unknowing because he talks about a subject he doesn't know a thing about... he writes things down that are completely untrue and giving you all a really weird view of the Netherlands. that will make you also ignorant.. because you read and believe in something that is untrue. As for your comment on the words of , John 13:34-35 states:

A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

As Didymus so rightly points out, and as is specifically stated, Our was speaking to his disciples. I am sure you can see that you have misunderstood His Holy Word? Remember, it is always wise to avoid attempting to "interpret" the Bible.

But thank you for taking the trouble to join us here, and for making the effort to back up your argument with Scripture (even if in this case you failed to do so). You will notice, by the way, that we use only the King James Version here.

I do hope that you will visit the Introduction Forum and start your own introductory thread, so that we may get to know you better?

You'll want to read that part of your Bible again, and realize that He was talking to a closed group of believers, so His instruction applies ONLY to people in that group, ie. Christians are to love fellow Christians, not everyone.

So, yeah, they're doing it right.
