I come here not to quarrel or to start a fight but I cannot ignore the hatred and what has being said about Portuguese people. Someone wrote a despicable post, with grave offences to an entire nation, based on an experience of few days of holidays in the country. As Jesus said: "Judge not, lest ye be judged."

I would like to start by observing Mister M's (aka True Christian) post and it's tone, and to say that his whole attitude is remarkably not Christian in every paragraph, word or comma.

Mister M, I think my overall observation to your post full of hate is that, next time you should plan your trip with more care. It seems like you didn't made your homework and embarked to your journey ill prepared. The beauty of this world it's the diversity we can find in it and explore it if we are indeed prepared to enrich ourselves and our beliefs. At least, that should be the way a true Christian sees the world.

I invite you to watch the news, the real news, to observe and think, instead of repeating lies you heard. You should know the crisis we live in, nothing has to do with citizens being lazy or hard workers, but it's due to economic speculation lead by world leaders. In fact, Portugal is one of the European countries which have longest working hours per day. Portuguese people do work hard, but just like their neighbours Spaniards, have a relaxed attitude towards life. It's a Mediterranean feature.
