Every part of Mexico, from the part near Arizona and Texas to way down south near the South Pole is full of Mexicans who hate Christians and Americans. They all speak Mexican, though as Sister Attlia's Wife has pointed out, some of them speak a form of Mexican that is so confusing that even the other Mexicans have a hard time understanding it.

They are Indians, Romans, alcoholics and dope fiends. They drive badly and they drink oceans of beer, which causes them to urinate all over the place inappropriately. They are generally a nuisance, though they may sometimes be induced to work for low wages. Surely, only that last has kept the Lord from sinking their entire country into the ocean.

God must hate them with a burning passion.

Back in the good old days, Pinochet did a decent job to curb those left-wing devil worshipers. While he was bullied by the international left for his efforts, I suggest the reestablishment of the Godly Operation Condor.
