That is no surprise. Indeed, The Bible™ tells us that atheists are of their father, the devil (John 8:44) and the devil only rejoices when he convinces humans to abandon the LORD, sealing their eternal fate in the fires of HELL. As someone from Ireland, I can verify this. There are only two countries that God hates more than Scotland - Canada and Africa.

Ok well thanks for trying at least to show me where it says god hates Scotland in the bible , I don't refuse to read it , I said I'd glady read the passage where it specifically states "god hates scotland"
but as you will never find that written anywhere in the bible it was a pointless endeavour instead you provide me links to passages which then ask me to take literally as it is written but yet everyone then gives their own personal take on it "
I think I have decided to keep my original position on the bible that it is for the invidual to make his or her mind up on what it means to them personally

Proverbs 30:5 Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.
Proverbs 30:6 Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.

Matthew 4:4 Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

Romans 15:4 For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.

James 2:10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.

Revelation 22:18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
Revelation 22:19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

Notice how it specifically tells you to follow the WHOLE Bible. Not skip parts or change.

You are more than welcome to scout the Good Book and find a (non-existent) passage that says otherwise.

You see friend, by making it up as you go, you cannot be a Christian. If you are not a Christian, you cannot get into Heaven. That only leaves one alternative. Sorry.

I will not provide you with scripture as you have made it clear, you refuse to read it and if you did, you'd want to change it. The Bible is not a can of soup you can add salt to taste. It is just the way it is and is expected to be consumed as such. No where in the Bible does it suggest modifying any of it. Instead, it firmly states you must follow it EXACTLY as is written.

Church of Scotland? Seriously? They are not Christians.
