Re: SERMON: How to be a Virtuous Woman

It's a good sermon, but he's not facing the camera. That's a problem, if we ask our wives to watch this, they'll just think he's talking to someone else, and will sit there and wait for him to turn to them.

It also has an aweful lot of big words, and he needs to do things to keep their attention, like showing pictures of kittens, or saying that he'll tell them a new miracle diet at the end of the sermon.

I got 7:35 into it and stopped it. It starts off great but it doesn't really apply to me as I am barren and will never be a mother.

Re: SERMON: How to be a Virtuous Woman

I saw the most virtuous thing a woman can do is cook proper Biblical food for her family. Salads and other "low fat" garbage is merely an attempt to thwart God's will, because God is trying to make us fat as promised:

He that putteth his trust in the LORD shall be made fat. -- Proverbs 28:25

The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree ... they shall be fat and flourishing. -- Psalm 92:12-14

The soul of the sluggard desireth, and hath nothing: but the soul of the diligent shall be made fat. -- Proverbs 13:4

Spice is okay, but no herbs:

For one believeth that he may eat all things: another, who is weak, eateth herbs. -- Romans 14:2

And of course don't listen to vegetarians, they are sent by the devil:

Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils ... commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. -- 1 Timothy 4:1-3
