Upon what are you basing your opinion? It is the LORD's opinion that your value is in childbirth (1 Timothy 2:15) and raising souls for Christ (Psalm 127:3-5). How can you say yo believe in Christianity when you think your opinion is better than God's?

The physical family is the most important building block to human society, and as such, it should be nurtured and protected. But more important than that is the new creation that God is making in Christ, which is comprised of a spiritual family, the Church, made up of all people who call upon the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior. This is a family drawn "of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues," (Revelation 7:9), and the defining characteristic of this spiritual family is obedience (Ephesians 5:22-6:3).

The Bible instructs husbands to provide for their families. This means he works and makes enough money to sufficiently provide all the necessities of life for his wife and children. To fail to do so has definite spiritual consequences. “But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.” (1 Timothy 5:8). So, a man who makes no effort to provide for his family cannot rightly call himself a Christian. A woman who attempts to play provider not only defies the LORD's will, but emasculates her husband in the eyes of his children and community.
