I've been SO busy, but I have a couple of minutes here to undate all my friends and supporters on things at City Hall. As Miss Cookie told you, the swearing will held Monday. But, I've moved into the beautiful Mayor's suite of offices.

You can't believe the business deals that are going down. I've learned since election night that many City employees thought my opponent would win. Because of that, a system of competitive bidding for City contracts was in the works.

I've instructed staff that there will be NO SUCH THING. Can you imagine, businesses without members in Landover Baptist Church getting in on lucrative contracts with Freehold? No way, my friends.

So, immediately after the swearing in ceremony, we will hold a prayer meeting. Then, we'll move to my offices where I'll sign these contracts with our friends.

I'm so blessed that God chose me for this office.

Mayor Hold this is good news. As you know I am a humble retired sanitation worker from New York( I drove a garbage truck). The use of these large trucks seem to do well in the city, but I do not think they work well here. Sure in downtown Freehold or some of the less affluent suburbs they fit in OK. I am thinking of going after the contract for refuse removal. I propose that in the city proper and the areas that are not gated the normal trucks can and will be used. In the other areas of Freehold I propose that a fleet of converted Chevy Tahoe's be used. Totally enclosed to keep offensive smells down to a minimum and to keep the possible errant bit of thrash from falling off the back of the truck.
Pick up in the city(Down town) will be kept at three times week while the Gated communities will be done daily. Pick up in the other locations will be done once a week.

I will be there Mayor. I have the contracts in order as well as the order for 15 Chevy Tahoe's and 3 regular sanitation trucks. I need 90 days to procure the trucks and labor force.

This will ensure that a whole new generation of True Christian(tm) children will be raised with an understanding that they are obligated to love Jesus, vote Republican and hate queers or else face eternal damnation. Instead of being forcefed the atheistic lies that their grandparents were monkeys, they'll memorize the Holy Bible and learn how to properly break down and clean firearms for Jesus. I know a certain certified teacher that hasn't had a steak in 17 years that would love to be the principal of the school. A teacher who knows the evils of communism and health care.

I'm working on Landover Baptist contracting to run the "public school system" in Freehold. I getting a lot of pressure against it from the Treacher's Union, but with some "walk around money", the number of teachers who resist is declining

I'm also looking at the jail where our friend, Miss Cassandra, is living. I don't see why LOB can't run that and deal with the cat burglers, drunk drivers and child molesters by Christian conversion. These reforms need to move forward rapidly.

When the pastors take over the school system, she should work with them for higher pay. I'm sure pastors' pay will go up, but teachers may take a hit. We'll just have to see.

A noble and holy thought, Mr. Reconstruction. I like to think of my administration as rooted in both the Holy Book and the real world.

The latter, the real world, has three facts associated with it:
Fact One. Landover Baptisit Church supported me in my campaign.

Fact Two. There is tax money that can be routed to LBC by its taking over the teaching contract for the Freehold School District.

Fact Three. The above two facts trump any others.

The conclusion is, therefore, to have public schools rather than an entire community of home schooling.

Now, you are the expert in these educational matters, but, just as a suggestion, I hope you check out the thinking of those Godly people in Texas who are altering textbooks. It appears that their version of history is similar to ours. The budget for published material is larger than even I had thought.

So there will be a need for a homeschooling inspector?
I agree homeschooling is better, but if we have a True Christian (tm) principal, then we could save a lot of resources through consolidation.
Some ideas:
Cameras in the locker rooms to prevent acts of bullying and homer tendencies!
Cameras in the bathrooms to prevent smoking!
No child left alone, meaning constant adult supervision.
(you never know when you need to smack a kid and you should always be ready!)

In fact I would have on-line access to all Landover adults to the closed circuit camera system throughout the school.

Yes. We have to make sure education of our children is always up to standard. The same applies to public schools which I will be watching very closely.
