That is a Godly alternative to the usual drugging of the youth that is so common in secular schools. I believe that if beatings are not efficacious, these policing tactics would be useful.

I'm thrilled to announce the donated shipment of youth sized handcuffs, leg restraints and boy harnesses arrived today! While these shiny new restraints are a blessing, we will never completely abandon good old trusty rope binding or the original cast iron LBC wall shackles in the boy's penal atonement room. Praise Christ Jesus, and thank God for good officers who know how to use a pair of handcuffs when a boy gets out of line!
